Caroline Duncan - Secretary

Caroline has been involved in the business since it began in 2002. However, until April 2010 she also was a Director of an Aberdeen based Finance Company and had an 11 year career in the Finance industry. Due to the expansion of the business, she joined the team on a full time basis and currently provides full time office support within the office at Kingsford.

Chloe Morrison

Job Titles:
  • GPS and Office Assistant
Chloe joined the team in November 2016 on a full time basis. She previously worked in the oil and gas industry as a recruitment coordinator but has always been interested in farming due to her family connections. One of Chloe's key roles in the team is processing the results from the GPS sampling and using the data to create maps. She also assists with all aspects of running the office and co-ordinating the team. In her spare time she's an avid Don's fan and can often be found at Pittodrie at a weekend!

James Hardie

Job Titles:
  • Sales Manager
James joined the team on a part time basis whilst studying for his BSc Agri degree at SAC Aberdeen. He is from an agricultural background, having grown up helping on the family farm in Midmar and is a breeder of shorthorn cattle. On successful completion of his degree in June 2011 he joined the sales team on a full time basis. James is specialising in GPS Mapping as well as grass seed sales and in January 2017 was promoted to sales manager for the company. He is formulating and producing application maps and giving farmers technical backup on all aspects of GPS Mapping. James holds the FACTS and BASIS qualifications and is on the BASIS professional register.

Liam Wink

Job Titles:

Liam joined the team in 2013 on a full time basis after building up experience in the agricultural industry by working on farms during his school holidays and since leaving school. Liam started with the company as a van driver and GPS assistant although has recently been promoted to a sales representative in January 2017. This has given Liam the knowledge and experience of all aspects of GPS and grass seed. In his spare time, Liam is kept busy with his own flock of sheep and is a vintage tractor enthusiast.
