Our mission is to actively engage with Huntingdonshire communities by promoting and encouraging the involvement of volunteers in a variety of initiatives including our four valued Community Car Schemes and our Community Shop in Huntingdon... We are a registered charity based in Huntingdonshire and our mission is to ‘Support Huntingdonshire communities through Volunteering'... Volunteers are at the heart of everything that Huntingdonshire Volunteer Centre (HVC) does. We work to recruit volunteers - matching personal skills and interests to the right volunteer opportunities - and to promote the benefits that volunteering brings to individuals and to the many charities and organisations in Huntingdonshire. HVC could not manage without our own team of valuable volunteers who help run our services and it is our aim to match all volunteers who come to us with the right organisation and role for them.
