David Stainer-Smith

After graduating from the European School of Osteopathy in 2006, David moved back home to Devon and began practice in Exeter. He has a wide range of clinical expertise with an emphasis on causation based diagnosis and treatment.

Laura Turner

Laura was drawn to studying osteopathy following recovering from chronic low back pain. The experience and knowledge provided by manual therapists assisted her recovery and she felt inspired to learn more. Laura graduated from Plymouth Marjon University with a Master's degree in Osteopathy. She uses a range of hands-on structural, functional, and cranial techniques to help to encourage the body's natural healing processes by restoring normal movement patterns. Laura has also completed training in the Perrin Technique for ME/CFS and likes to work with people with chronic conditions. She is passionate about understanding the individual aspects of a person's condition and working with that to determine the most effective treatment and management options. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, walking, bike riding, cooking, and paddle boarding.

Paul Thompson

Following a career in the financial markets, he graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 1998 and returned to Devon, his home county, where he joined St David's Osteopathic Clinic. He uses a combination of cranial and structural techniques in practice and has a particular interest in working with expectant mums,children & babies. Hobbies include motorcycling, running and rather poor guitar playing!
