Aíslean Logue is a Graduate Planning Consultant with the firm.
Aíslean graduated from University of Ulster, Jordanstown with a Master's degree in Planning and Property Development.
The degree provides a strong focus on the complementary elements of the planning and property development disciplines and uniquely brings together the property, legal, economic and finance based aspects of property development skills and knowledge with the competencies and expertise of spatial planning, urban design and regeneration. This degree is also professionally accredited by both RICS and the RTPI.
Aíslean is directly involved in the Company's expanding licensing practice in both pharmacy and off licences.

Lee Kennedy has been a Planning Consultant with the firm for over 11 years.
He is a specialist in rural planning for residential, commercial or industrial development in the countryside. He has wide experience of the application of PPS 21, assessing the need for farm dwellings and visual linkage/clustering, infill dwellings, replacement dwellings, conversion of existing buildings etc . He has also significant appeal experience in this field.
He has also wide experience in waste, recycling , car dismantling and minerals proposals.
He is also a member of NAPE - National Association of Planning Enforcement.

Leeanne Hegarty is a Planning Consultant with the firm for 5 years.
Leeanne graduated from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh with a degree in Planning and Development, a qualification which blends the courses in estate management and urban and regional planning and is professionally accredited by both RICS and the RTPI.
Leeanne is directly involved in the Company's expanding licensing practice in both pharmacy and off licences.
She has experience in handling retail, residential, commercial and industrial schemes across Northern Ireland and is also a member of NAPE.
Mary Kennedy is the Accounts & Office Manager of the firm and has been with the Practice for 4 years. She has a first class honours degree in business studies.
She is responsible for the organisation and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
She also has extensive knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures.

Matt Kennedy is the Principal Planning Consultant of the firm and is directly responsible for the management of the company.
He is an experienced Practitioner with wide experience in licensing, planning and development throughout Ireland.
He has represented many of the major Northern Ireland developers in planning appeals over the last 20 years and has been involved in most of the major Area Plan Inquiries over this period.
He is a former lecturer with the University of Ulster and previously worked as a Planning Officer with both the London Borough of Southwark Planning Division and DOE (NI) Planning Service based in Coleraine.
He has fought and won more planning appeals than any other planning consultant in Northern Ireland. Matt is an expert witness in major planning appeals, inquiries, court cases and Area Plan examinations and has fought major retail inquiries.
