Georgia McKay

Job Titles:
  • Private Client Administrator
Before joining the Homecroft Wealth Admin Team in 2017, Georgia worked as a Pension Analyst and Administrator for a Pension Transfer and Report Writing Service used by IFA's. Georgia is currently studying towards her diploma in financial planning and her hobbies include travelling, keeping fit and socialising.

John Godding

Job Titles:
  • Chartered Financial Planner
A qualified barrister and chartered insurance practitioner, John started his financial services career in the taxation department of a leading city merchant bank specialising in the taxation of foreign nationals residing in the UK. John has been working with Homecroft Wealth since 2005 in a consultancy capacity. He is a valuable member of the team and in addition to personal financial planning, specialises in wealth preservation, long-term investments and tax efficiencies.

John Millard

Job Titles:
  • Consultant
Having spent several years in leisure management, followed by a 15-year career working for himself, John joined Homecroft Wealth in 2018 and has completed his Diploma in Financial Advice. John enjoyed playing football and a range of sports before his family came along, but now spends his spare time watching his four children participate in their chosen sports and activities.

Kerrie Webb

Job Titles:
  • Operations Manager
Kerrie started her career in financial services, working for a number of mainstream companies such as Royal London and NAAFI, this was followed by an adviser support role at Savills Private Finance until she came to work at Homecroft Wealth. Kerrie has worked at Homecroft Wealth since 2010, starting out as a private client administrator and progressing her career to become operations manager. Kerrie's main role involves; monitoring adviser compliance, sitting on the investment committee, training staff members and running the administration team. She is working towards her Diploma in Financial Planning. Outside of work Kerrie enjoys keeping fit, shopping and socialising.

Kim Barnes

Job Titles:
  • General Office Manager
Kim's early working life was spent in publishing, where she carried out many roles over a long and successful career, before taking a break from work to raise her family. Her return to the workplace saw Kim join the Homecroft team in 2006. Kim's interests outside of work include watching sports, music and family life which is now focused around her dog, Louis.

Michael Kennedy - Managing Director

Mike is a Chartered Associate of the LIBF and co-owner of the business. He plays a pivotal role in ensuring Homecroft continues to meet the challenges of an ever-changing industry for the benefit of all its clients. The practice has grown organically over the last ten years and Mike plans to continue this journey. Outside of working hours, Mike enjoys watching and participating in a number of sports, particularly rugby where he continues to occasionally play and help out with the minis section at Warlingham Rugby Club. He also enjoys going to watch live music.

Simon Mercer

Simon has been working as a finance specialist for over 20 years. He joined Homecroft Wealth in September 2007 to establish a mortgage division, mainly focusing on personal mortgage and commercial finance arrangements. This is now a key part of the overall Homecroft Wealth client proposition. Simon is a qualified wealth manager and holds a Diploma in Financial Planning alongside professional qualifications in mortgage advice and equity release. Simon was an avid rugby player playing to a high standard, however, time has caught up with him and now prefers spending his spare time mountain biking and fishing.

Stephen Piper - CEO

Job Titles:
  • Chief Executive Officer
Steve began working in financial services in the 1970's, becoming the youngest top producer for Sun Alliance. He then began working as a financial adviser for Palmer Banks associate before starting his own financial advisers, Cavendish Insurance Consultants. In 2006 Cavendish was merged with Homecroft Financial Management and rebranded to Homecroft Wealth in 2012. Steve has managed the business through the significant regulatory changes over the last decade and built a team to future proof the practice. He specialises in dealing with high-net-worth individuals, some of whom have now been clients of the firm for over 35 years. Outside of Homecroft, Steve has a passion for horse racing and football, where he follows Tottenham Hotspur. He also enjoys spending time with his grandchildren.
