Jack Woodcraft

Jack has almost 10 years' experience working on executive searches across the not-for-profit sector in the UK and Asia-Pacific markets. Jack has a degree in Fine Art from the University for the Creative Arts. Jack is based in Lisbon.

Louise Parkin

Louise re-joined Execucare after a successful tenure as Executive Director of the Nikau Foundation and the establishment of the Michael & Suzanne Borrin Foundation following a $38m bequest. Louise has a BA in Education & Geography from the University of Canterbury, a Graduate Certificate in Business in Philanthropy & Nonprofit Studies from QUT and a Diploma in Information Management & Librarianship from the Victoria University of Wellington.

Mairi Shirley

Mairi started her career in the not-for-profit sector as a Partner in the first charities' sector recruitment company. Bilingual in French and English, Mairi was educated in Paris and Brussels and is a graduate of the University of St Andrews. She founded Execucare in 1990, and has since recruited and headhunted Trustees, Directors and senior Executives across the not-for-profit sector, specialising in Higher Education in the UK and Europe, and in the arts, cultural and charities' sector.

Martin Shirley

Martin's early career was with Reuters and Knight-Ridder, two of the world's premiere news and information services providers. He moved to the USA and subsequently established Execucare USA. Martin specialises in the recruitment of senior staff for not-for-profits. He is also a fluent French speaker. He has an MA from St Andrews University. Martin is based in Los Angeles.

Nicola Reames

Nicola has 20 years' experience recruiting senior leadership roles across the education, cultural and charity sectors. Her recent portfolio has a strong focus on universities, Oxbridge colleges and schools, where she has led on a number of searches for senior philanthropic fundraising professionals. Nicola has also built major gift fundraising teams at a number of high-profile educational institutions and strives to attract and retain the very best talent for the sector. She is passionate about social mobility and volunteers as a Mentor for the Prince's Trust. Nicola has an MA in Modern Languages from the University of St Andrews.

Stephen Perrett

Steve's early career was in public relations and campaigning and he worked for pressure groups, not-for-profits and law firms. He has more than 20 years' experience in communications and fundraising and is a leading headhunter on the international fundraising stage. Brought up in Africa, Steve has a particular interest in humanitarian and international development work and is also fascinated by natural philosophy and science. He has a degree in Psychology from the University of Newcastle.
