ADF MILKING - Key Persons
Andy started working at ADF in November 2016 as a young Graduate Engineer straight out of university. Andy grew up on his family's dairy farm and had been working on one of our Gold Cup Customers' farms before he started, so he was already familiar with the ADF product. Andy's love for the dairy industry means he is passionate about ADF and how we can improve cow health and dairy farm profits.
Andy is our head technician and is an expert in; milking machinery, technical improvements & developments, liners & teat dip and servicing your ADF System.
Caroline is our Customer Sales Advisor managing our relationships with customers and partners in multiple territories including UK, Germany and France.
Her previous experience in customer service and account management roles ensures that our UK and international customers are well looked after and supported.
Caroline has previously lived and worked in France and most recently Germany where she lived for 16 years. Her love for travel has excelled her language skills which she is able to apply to her role here at ADF Milking.
"I enjoy working at ADF as I like the family feeling here. Being part of a close-knit team where we are all supporting each other to provide the best service to our customers," says Caroline.

Caroline is our Operations Coordinator and manages our relationships with our customers & our partners in Australia.
Her experience in sales and customer service roles means that she provides the best support to our partners and dairy farmers. "I have always worked with people and enjoy building good working relationships with everyone I interact with. I believe great customer service is one of the biggest keys to a company's success," she says.
Caroline enjoys working at ADF Milking. "My colleagues are great and the nature of the work suits me. There is plenty to learn and I like being part of a small team. It's nice to be part of an organisation that cares about animal health and wellbeing."

Emily is our UK North Sales Manager and looks after the areas north of Birmingham.
She studied Equine Management at Reaseheath College before starting her career in the dairy and beef industries in 2018. Her last role was in dairy bedding.
Emily loves nothing more than meeting new dairy farmers and speaking with them about how ADF can help their cows and their farm.

Farm Manager Henk Pastink from Henria Holsteins Inc in Ontario, Canada, explains how installing the automated post-milking hygiene system from ADF has helped to reduce labor.
Tony joined founder James at the very beginning of ADF Milking back in 2009. He has previously worked in senior financial management roles across a variety of sectors and before joining ADF he worked in private equity managing a portfolio of large-scale international companies. "I enjoy working at ADF because the energy and enthusiasm of the team makes it a great place to work."
James is the Director and Founder of ADF Milking and he has worked in the dairy industry all of his career. In 2003, he had the idea for an automatic dipping and flushing system for milking parlours - and the rest is history! His brilliant ideas and engineer knowledge led him to develop the product that we produce today.
James has a huge passion for the dairy industry and is an expert on; calmer milking, somatic cell count, milk quality, efficiency and proactive udder health.
Louise is our Customer Service Advisor looking after the majority of our customer accounts and liaising with dealers and farms directly. She has many years of experience managing client accounts ensuring the customer journey is faultless from beginning to end. "I love the fact that no one else can offer the system we have - it is unique to ADF! Our directors have vast farming and engineering backgrounds and genuinely care about improving the milking experience for all involved without over complicating matters."
Lynsey is our Aftersales Manager and has worked at ADF Milking since 2012, starting as Accounts Assistant then moving across to Aftersales. In that time she has gained a huge amount of knowledge and experience. "The ADF System isn't just great for herd health but can be installed to save customers valuable time. I like hearing customers tell me about how much extra time they have in their day to enjoy or how they are using that time to diversify their business."
Lynsey is an expert in aftersales and looks after; customers service, Continuous Supply Programme and ordering of consumables.

Simon has worked at ADF Milking since October 2010 and has worked in the dairy industry all of his career, since he was 16. He has experience in roles including Technical Support Engineer, Installation Manager and Production Manager. Simon is an expert in the benefits of the ADF System, cow health and the dairy industry as a whole.
Stephanie has worked at ADF Milking since February 2012 and thrives on building relationships with our customers and dealers, getting to know them and ensuring that their experience is positive. "It's always a joy to discover how installing the ADF System has contributed to enabling our customers to achieve their business and personal goals. Whether that means more time out of the shed to spend time with their families, or developing a boutique on-farm milk shop."
