We provide a refund no questions asked. Any disputes are referred to 247 First Aid initially and then to our RTO ABC 3399. If still not resolved, you can get in touch with ASQA - the governing body - http//asqa.gov.au... If for some reason you fail your exam or practical, we are more than happy for you to come back until you pass. We can do a verbal assessment on the day if required. We specialise in students with English as a second language. You are expected to participate in scenarios to pass your practical and certain adjustments can be made also on the day at the discretion of the trainer... 247 First Aid provide quality first aid training in the Eastern Suburbs. Courses can be conducted in our Training Centre in Bondi Junction.
