3D REPROMOL

Discover novel structures [1]! We can create physical models [1,2] of your biomolecule irrespective of whether it's a protein, a nucleic acid or any other kind of macromolecule. All we need is the name of your molecule and we will do the rest. For custom structures of molecules not contained in a protein structure database we need a data file containing the atomic coordinates of your molecule. Any commonly used file format like PDB, Cerius, Catalyst, Insight, MDL, Sybyl or many others may be used. We will assist you in finding/ creating an appropriate file. Models can be constructed in a variety of sizes with a longest dimension of up to 20 inches... Models can be constructed as a Connolly surface, as a van der Waal's model or as a ribbon model. Any magnification is possible. Our standard is the peptide bond C alpha- C alpha corresponding to 1 cm.
