Welcome to the website of Amir A. Aliabadi. Our group, Atmospheric Innovations Research (AIR) Laboratory, has a passion for environmental thermo-fluid dynamics. An understanding of single and multi-phase fluid mechanics, heat, and mass transfer phenomena can help solve many problems that involve the study of thermo-fluid systems. Some example applications include Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), energy engineering, indoor and outdoor air quality, atmospheric science, and climate change. We are specialized in analytical methods, simulations, and experiments and aim to integrate relevant research in universities, institutes, laboratories, and industries.
