Adam is our Senior VP / Senior Loan Officer. He has nearly 20 years of banking experience working with clients in many industries. Some of those include; manufacturing, retail, wholesale, and transportation. He is passionate about being active in supporting business development and growth to include; serving on the board for both the Central Wisconsin Economic Development Fund and the Merrill Area Development Corporation. He was also the past President for the Rotary Club and former board member for the City of Merrill Community Development and the Performing Arts Foundation.

Heather is our Chief Retail Officer. She comes to AbbyBank with over 18 years of experience. She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point and is a graduate of the University of Madison's Graduate School of Banking. Heather has worked in many different areas of community banking, which makes her a great fit for AbbyBank and as our Chief Retail Officer. In her role, Heather will lead the retail activities across all seven AbbyBank locations.

Scott has been a Board of Director for AbbyBank and AbbyBancorp, Inc. since 2013. He is President of Christensen Farms Trucking, LLC and Scott Christensen Farms, LLC in Abbotsford.

Sharri is our Senior VP / Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Secretary. With over 30 years of experience in the banking industry with AbbyBank, more than 9 of which as our CFO, Sharri is a numbers person. She also enjoys being a problem solver by helping people to resolve issues. Sharri has a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and has also completed the Graduate School of Banking.

Tim is our VP / Chief Technology Officer (CTO). With over 27 years of experience in the IT industry, 18 years of which have been with AbbyBank, he has expansive knowledge in Information Technology. Tim enjoys making a difference for the bank at both the customer and employee levels when it comes to Information Technology. He has an Associate's Degree in Information Technology from Chippewa Valley Technical College and is involved in the IT & Security Committee. When Tim isn't working, he enjoys taking aerial photography with his drone, woodworking, and snowmobiling in the winter.
