Christel provides immigration and administrative support for internal and external clients of Acacia and sister company, Newland Chase, while also assisting with marketing and technology systems. Christel is also a Registered Migration Agent and a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA).
Working in the industry since 2005, Christel has experience in all areas of Australian immigration, with particular expertise in Employer-Sponsored Migration, Family Migration, Australian Citizenship, and Resident Return visas. She also has experience with health waivers, complex submissions, and administrative appeals.
Christel holds a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law and Practice from Griffith University.
Karen is a Registered Migration Agent with a number of years of experience in Migration Law. She has extensive experience with a wide variety of visa types such as Skilled, Family and Partner, and Employer-sponsored visas. She has successfully assisted a number of clients to migrate to Australia.
Karen began her immigration career at the Department of Home Affairs where she learnt about various visa types and was part of the Partner Visa team for NSW and the ACT.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Business Management and a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice. She is registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority and she is an active member of the MIA.
Karen is fluent in both Spanish and English.
As an Immigration Director, Simon leads the Acacia team as well as teams in sister brand, Newland Chase, in Melbourne and Sydney.
Simon began his immigration career at the Department of Immigration and Border Protection between 2005 and 2009 where he held various positions across a range of visa types. At the time of his departure from the Department, Simon had been managing the Compliance Complex Cases Unit in Victoria.
Having worked for several years with global corporate clients Simon is adept at client strategy formation. He specialises in General Skilled Migration (GSM) and Corporate Immigration (TSS, ENS, RSMS).
Simon holds a Bachelor Degree in Social Science, a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law and a Master's Degree in Business Administration. He is registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority and is a member of the Migration Institute of Australia and Migration Alliance.
