Chuck Darway

Chuck joined ACCO in 2003 as a Design Engineer and has been at ACCO for 20 years. Chuck became Executive Vice President, Construction in 2023. As Executive Vice President, Construction, he leads and aligns both Construction Sales and Construction Operations company-wide for ACCO. Chuck's focus is squarely on ACCO's core business and his efforts center on building strong relationships with sales and operations leadership. He oversees the development and execution of five-year business plans defining our Products, Customers, Markets and Geographies (PCMG) in each region, as well as continues to work on ACCO's succession planning and leadership development. Chuck has a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA, is a LEED accredited Professional and is a licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer.

Gregg Holbrook - SVP

Gregg joined ACCO in 1999 as a Design Engineer and has been at ACCO for 24 years. He became Senior Vice President, Construction, Northern Region in 2020. Gregg leads the Northern Region Branch Offices and partners with Kevin to lead the Bay Area Group. He drives financial performance; recruits and develops Sales and Project Managers; maintains high-level customer relationships; and continues to invest in leadership development. Gregg has been instrumental in maintaining a healthy culture and revenue stream in the Bay Area. Gregg has a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA.

Jeff Marrs - CEO, President

Jeff joined ACCO Engineered Systems (then known as Air Conditioning Company) in 1983 as a Design Engineer and has been with the company for 40 years. Jeff became ACCO's fifth President and Chief Executive Officer in 2017. He is responsible for maintaining and growing the value of ACCO's ESOP by investing in ACCO's people, reputation and business growth. Jeff's tenure as ACCO's top executive has been one of tremendous growth, including an expansion of products and markets through organic development and acquisitions. He has a bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA and is a licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer.

Josh Reding

Josh joined Sunbelt Controls, a wholly owned subsidiary of ACCO Engineered Systems, in 2010 as a Project Manager. Josh has more than 30 years of experience in HVAC and Control Systems Integration with an emphasis on Building Automation Systems (BAS) Controls Management, including 12 years at Sunbelt Controls. He has been President since 2019. As President, Josh leads Sunbelt Controls' strategic plan for growth and is responsible for the highly valued channel partnerships. His technical insight into the critical enterprise integration function, along with vital industry relationships, continues to foster an environment of success. Josh pursued studies in Organizational Leadership at Kellogg Executive Education and Business Administration at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

Kevin FitzGerald - SVP

Kevin joined ACCO in 2003 as a Design Engineer and has been at ACCO for 20 years. Kevin became Senior Vice President, Construction, Northern Region in 2022. Kevin leads the Bay Area and drives financial performance; recruits and develops Sales and Project Managers; and maintains high-level customer relationships. Kevin also oversees organic and acquisition growth. He is driving several initiatives through the organization - specifically, the Plumbing and Process Piping groups and AES Industrial. Kevin has a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA and is a member of several industry organizations.

Michael Potts - SVP

Michael Potts joined ACCO in 2013 as Service Sales Engineer and has been at ACCO for 10 years. He became Senior Vice President, Facility Service in 2021. Michael leads the Facility Service group; drives financial performance; recruits and develops Sales and Project Managers; field teams; Business Processes (Service Operations) and maintains high-level customer relationships. He is focused on the core service and retrofit business while promoting the growth of the branch offices' customer base to meet strategic and corporate goals. Michael has 26 years of experience in the industry and is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

Richard Yates

Richard joined ACCO in 1983 as a Project Engineer and has been at ACCO for over 40 years. Richard became Executive Vice President, Corporate Operations in 2023. As Executive Vice President, Corporate Operations, he leads our project fulfillment and technical operations teams including Fleet, Human Resources, Information Technology, Engineering, Logistics, Signatory Labor Relations, Supply Chain Management, Construction Operations and Systems Operations. He is also responsible for process improvement initiatives companywide to position ACCO's ESOP for greater gains by improved workflow efficiencies that will reduce costs over time. Richard has a master's degree in Business and a bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.

Ron Falasca - SVP

Ron joined ACCO in 2000 as a Project Manager and has been at ACCO for 23 years. Ron became Senior Vice President, Construction, Southern Region in 2012. He leads the Southern Region Construction Group and drives financial performance; recruits and develops Sales and Project Managers; and maintains high-level customer relationships. He oversees construction estimating, sales and project management for mechanical, plumbing, process piping, electrical, site utilities and fire sprinklers in California, Nevada and Arizona. Ron pursued studies in Mechanical, Plumbing at Cumberland County Vocational Technical Education Center in Millville, NJ and HVAC at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, CA.
