Bruce Cordelli, President, is a retired US Army Colonel who began his Army Service in the Field Artillery. He served in many command and staff assignments during his Army career, to include: Battalion Commander 1-12th Field Artillery BN, where he successfully led 440 soldiers into combat during Operation Iraqi Freedom-I without loss of life; JFCOM's Joint Warfighting Center Chief of the Joint Deployable Training Group leading a team of Joint Service experts responsible for training Iraq and Afghanistan JTFs and Combatant Command headquarters; Senior Consultant for OSD P&R advising the director on Joint Warfare Readiness; and Boeing's Virtual Warfare Center as the director of Army systems and low altitude analysis and experimentation. His Awards include the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star, Iraqi, Afghanistan Global War on Terrorism Campaign Medals. COL(R) Cordelli holds a BS in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy and possess a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan.
Nish Patel, VP of Operations, is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and Economics. He furthered his training at the Alpha Wire Institute of Interconnection Technology, as well as AT&T, 3M Telecomm Products and Fiber Optics, and is certified in IPC 620 (trainer) and J-STD 0001. He's directed operations at Ace Electronics since 2009 and Ace Electronics of Michigan, LLC since 2010.
Sanjay Parimi, VP of Defense Systems, is an executive leader with DoD Program Management, Engineering and Manufacturing experience. Working as a member of the US Army's Acquisition Core, Sanjay developed Exposed Crew Protection Kits (ECPKs) for a slew of tactical vehicles and was instrumental in producing and fielding over 50,000 of these systems starting in 2006. Later, Sanjay championed the introduction of model-based enterprise technologies across the Army's research labs, eventually becoming the Army's Product Lifecycle Management lead. After his time with the Army, Sanjay became the CEO of a defense company that manufactured complex mechanical systems such as weapon mounts, missile booster systems, power distribution units and C5ISR vehicle integration hardware. Sanjay holds a BSME from Tufts University, an MSME from Columbia University and an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business. He is also the holder of 4 patents and was the winner of the Army's Top 10 Greatest Inventions in 2007 and 2009.

Sue DiVila, VP of Sales and Marketing, has an MS in Education and a BA in Business Administration, with a minor in Theater Arts. After launching and operating an onsite corporate fitness programs business, she brought her dynamic energy to the Sales and Business Development team of Ace Electronics. Here, she worked alongside her father, Founder Ed DiVila, for over 15 years. Today she leads the Sales team and guides the marketing vision for Ace. Sue also has training in the Defense Industry and serves as First Region President of the Association of the United States Army.
