Audra Doyle is a Partner of Thiru & Doyle (formerly Doyle Law) in Atlanta, GA, where she provides immigration services in the areas of Family, Business, Employment, and Naturalization.
Mrs. Doyle is proud to be the immigration lawyer for several Ballet companies across the United States including the Atlanta Ballet, Ballet Frontier of Texas, Smuin Ballet, Utah Metropolitan Ballet, and State Street Ballet. Prior to opening her firm, Mrs. Doyle was an Attorney at Jean Padberg & Associates where she handled business, employment, and family-based U.S. immigration matters.
She is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She is a recipient of the AILA Pro Bono Benefactor Award and is a Pro Bono Champion. Related to her membership in the Georgia-Alabama Chapter of AILA, Mrs. Doyle has been the Chair and the Vice-Chair of the Military Assistance Program Committee. She is a regular participant at the Ft. Stewart Immigration Fair and is a JAG Mentor. Previously she has served on the USCIS, CBP, and Chapter Website Committees. In addition, she is a past Board Member of the Atlanta Bar Association's International Law and Immigration Section. Mrs. Doyle is a regular speaker at immigration-related seminars in Georgia and Alabama, and has co-hosted a radio show at WCEG Talk Radio.

Evelyn Ackah has been exclusively practicing immigration law for over twenty years. Evelyn grew up in Vancouver and after law school, Evelyn started her legal career as a corporate/commercial lawyer in Toronto on Bay Street, where she discovered her passion for immigration law. Her experience with immigration started when she was young; Evelyn came to Canada as an immigrant herself, moving from Ghana when she was five. In 2010 Evelyn moved to Calgary and founded her own firm in Calgary, so she could practice immigration law her way, using strategic technology combined with legal experience to provide the best possible services to her clients. In 2018 Ackah Law opened immigration law offices in Vancouver and Toronto to more easily serve clients across Canada.
Evelyn L. Ackah, BA, LL.B., Founder and Managing Lawyer of Ackah Business Immigration Law leads a team of immigration professionals including Canadian associate lawyers, U.S. immigration attorneys, immigration consultants, client intake specialists with an administrative management and support team.
Ms. Ackah is passionate about immigration law because it focuses on people and relationships, which are at the core of her personal values. Starting her legal career as a corporate/commercial lawyer in Toronto on Bay Street, Evelyn soon discovered she craved the rewards of having more direct contact with clients and the freedom to manage her own files. Business immigration law allows her to work with corporations and the people who make them successful. The highly specialized nature of business immigration law drives Evelyn to strive to remain at the forefront of legal and policy developments to ensure her clients are fully compliant with the latest regulatory and legal changes, and that they understand the nuances and impacts of these changes on their business and their people.
Whether business is done south of the border, across the "pond" or around the world, Evelyn employs her expertise to help clients achieve their desired business objectives. She develops and implements immigration strategies, provides advice on immigration matters related to employee mobility or relocation, and assists with global investment opportunities.
When clients are establishing new corporations or making North American investments, Evelyn calls on her previous corporate/commercial experience to develop strategies and recommendations. Before establishing her own law firm, Evelyn was a Partner at a leading international law firm and served as the national head of the business immigration law practice.
Evelyn is called to the bar in both Alberta and Ontario. Having graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Arts degree (Political Science) in 1993, she went on to receive her Bachelor of Law degree from the University of British Columbia in 1997.
Evelyn's native language is Twi and she has an advanced comprehension of it.
Evelyn is driven to give back to the community and to remain actively involved in her profession. She defines success by her personal, professional and community contributions. Evelyn attributes much of her professional success to the mentoring and support she received from other senior professionals across the country and believes in paying it forward by supporting a number of different organizations and charitable campaigns - both locally and nationally. In addition, she has mentored several dozen young law students across the country that are looking for guidance and support as they begin their careers.

Jose de Wit is the Managing Attorney of De Wit Immigration Law, a law firm based in Miami, Florida that is solely focused on helping U.S. employers and foreign-national professionals, entrepreneurs, and companies of all sizes leverage U.S. visa and green card applications to grow their business and accomplish their professional goals.
In particular, Mr. de Wit has a proven track record in assisting multinational organizations with transferring key employees of all types to the United States, representing startup founders and other high-performing business professionals in O-1 and EB-1 extraordinary ability petitions, and helping employers navigate the H-2B temporary worker program to solve short-term labor needs. Mr. de Wit also frequently also sues U.S. government agencies in federal court to help clients resolve improper delays or denials in their important immigration matters.
Mr. de Wit is licensed to practice by the state of California and he is an active member of the South Florida Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, where he formerly served as Vice Chair of the Pro Bono Committee. Born and raised in Guatemala, Mr. de Wit is a fluent Spanish-speaker.
Rashmi is a true global citizen and a bridge between cultures. Her personal journey as an immigrant fuels her passion for breaking down barriers and forging new opportunities for those daring to dream across borders. Licensed to practice law in both California and India, her practice is enhanced by a global perspective and cross-border legalities as she possesses a Master of Law degree from UC Davis, California and a Master of Business Administration degree from Université Laval, Quebec.
She specializes in business immigration involving temporary non-immigrant status and permanent residence for professionals, international transfers, investors, researchers, artists, performers, and athletes. She counsels Ph.D. and international researchers to obtain their green cards through the National Interest Waiver (NIW) program. She has a proven track record of serving a diverse range of industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals, engineering, manufacturing, and education, among others.
Beyond the corporate world, Rashmi's heart lies in uniting families. She's fiercely dedicated to reuniting families and assisting in sensitive matters such as asylum, deportation defense, and humanitarian visas, including VAWA, T, and U visas.
