Andrew Dell

Andrew has extensive experience in the building products industry and has general management and logistics experience. Andrew has been with Adbri since 2008 in a number of senior management positions.

Brad Lemmon

Job Titles:

Brad has significant experience in construction materials and mining services. During Brad's 25 plus year career with Adbri, he has held a number of senior positions across sales and marketing, business development, operations, transport and logistics and international business.

Brett Brown

Job Titles:

Brett joined Adbri in 2014 in a senior management role including Executive General Manager - Concrete and Aggregates in 2018. In December 2020, Brett was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Adbri's Cement and Lime division. He has 25 years' experience in the construction material industry through national exposure in general management and executive leadership roles in both public and private companies. Brett is also a Non-executive Director of Mawsons Group, a 50/50 joint venture between the Mawson family and Adbri. This is a substantial business in its own right directly employing more than 500 people across regional Victoria and New South Wales, covering 35 quarries and more than 50 concrete plants. Brett has fostered a strong culture in Adbri focused on operational excellence and customer engagement.

Christine Rayfield - CHRO

Christine joined Adbri in 2021 bringing over 20 years' experience as a people and culture executive. In December 2022, Christine was appointed as Adbri's Chief People Officer and leads the Group's people and culture; health, safety and environment; and communications strategies. Christine has extensive local and international experience having worked for manufacturing companies including BlueScope and Orrcon Steel.

Dean Jenkins

Dean has over 20 years' experience in the transport, manufacturing, engineering, energy and resources sectors both domestically and overseas. Dean has held senior executive and leadership positions including Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of MaxiPARTS Limited, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of Weir Group PLC and CEO UGL Rail. His commercial management capability and experience in strategy and mineral commodity markets brings valuable experience to his directorship.

Dianne Mong - CFO

Dianne Mong is a senior finance leader with more than 20 years' experience across the professional services, property and telecommunications sector, with expertise in financial control, taxation and treasury. Most recently, Dianne has managed Adbri's finance function in the position of GM - Finance. Prior to this, Dianne has held senior roles with TPG Telecom Limited, Australand Property Group (now Frasers Property Australia) and KPMG Australia.

Emma Stein

Geoff Tarrant

Marcus Clayton - Chief Legal Officer, Secretary

Marcus joined Adbri in 2003 as General Counsel and Company Secretary. Marcus was previously General Counsel of ASX listed pharmaceutical company F H Faulding & Co Limited, which operated in over 70 countries. Prior to moving in-house, Marcus was a partner at a leading commercial law firm, Finlaysons.

Mark Irwin - CEO

Mark is an experienced executive with over 20 years' senior executive experience working for some of Australia's best-known industrial companies, including OZ Minerals, BHP, Asciano, Transfield and GrainCorp. He has significant commercial and strategic experience in mergers and acquisitions, large-scale projects and enterprise-wide-transformations. This ranges from leading teams focused on business growth and transformation, and more recently large-scale project development and multiple company acquisitions. Mark also had key leadership roles in Transfield's mining and industrial sector and drove the business transformation of the operating divisions at Asciano.

Michael Miller - Chief Strategy Officer

Michael was appointed to the position of Chief Strategy Officer in April 2021. Prior to this Michael had a number of senior roles at Adbri including Executive General Manager, Marketing and International Trade, as well as leading Adbri's cement and lime business across the Eastern States and South Australia. Michael has a broad range of management experience across operations, marketing, international trade and logistics, as well as over a decade of directorial experience serving on a number of boards.

Michael Wright

Michael was appointed as a Director in June 2021 and is a member of the Safety, Health, Environment and Sustainability Committee. Michael has over 30 years' experience across the global resources and industrial sectors. With experience in Australia, Asia, Africa and the Americas, Michael has held senior leadership and CEO positions in multinational mining services and contracting businesses covering multiple disciplines, including mining, construction, general engineering, environmental services and utility operations.

Raymond Barro - Chairman

Samantha Hogg

Samantha has over 25 years' experience across the transport, infrastructure, energy and resources sectors, domestically and offshore. In her previous role as Chief Financial Officer at Transurban Group, she was responsible for the financing and transaction governance of a number of large acquisitions and divestments and provided key financial guidance and controls. She has also served as Chair or Committee Chair in both the public and private sectors, with a focus on the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors. More recently, she has been a member of the National COVID-19 Commission Advisory Panel and the Tasmanian equivalent, focusing on the social and economic recovery from the pandemic.
