Anthony Perry joined the ADAMH team in December 2023. As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Anthony is responsible for managing all finance activities of the ADAMH Board, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and compliance with government accounting standards and practices. Anthony has more than 15 years of experience in public sector finance. Most recently, he served as the Finance Director at the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC), where he oversaw all aspects of the agency's finances, including financial analysis/forecasting, budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and reporting. Prior to serving at MORPC, Anthony was the CFO at the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) after previous roles as Assistant CFO and Budget Chief for the department. Anthony began his career as a Senior/Budget Analyst at the Ohio Office of Budget and Management (OBM), overseeing $8.7 billion in spending from 20+ state agencies. Anthony was a member of the Governor's Pandemic Response and Recovery Leadership Team. He has a master's degree in Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University and bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Macalester College. He is a member of the Leadership Columbus Signature Program Class of 2023-24.

Dr. Ameena Kemavor joined the ADAMH team in November 2021. In her role as Vice President, Advocacy and Engagement, Dr. Kemavor is responsible for actively engaging key stakeholders, elevating ADAMH's thought leadership role and leading ADAMH's efforts in the areas of legislative awareness, advocacy and community engagement.
Dr. Kemavor is an independently Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Supervision (L.P.C.C.-S.) Endorsement in the State of Ohio who has been working in the field of mental health and community services for over 25 years. She has a bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Psychology, a master's degree (M.S.Ed.) in Clinical Counseling, and a doctorate (Ph.D.) in Counselor Education and Supervision (CES). Dr. Kemavor is also a Certified Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Instructor, a Certified Question Persuade Refer (QPR) Instructor, a Certified Specialist in Anger Management (CSAM), a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and a trained Collaborative Assessment for Managing Suicidality (CAMS) provider.
Dr. Kemavor began her career in behavioral health and human services providing inpatient psychiatric care to youth and adults and has a wealth of experience working with persons diagnosed with severe and non-severe mental illnesses and substance abuse disorders. Developing her social services and community action skills, she has served as a Family Services Advocate for Head Start programming at Columbus Metropolitan Area Community Action Organization (CMACAO), a Total Case Manager for the Department of Job and Family Services, a Crisis Intervention Clinician at Netcare Access, and an Intake Hospital Liaison at Columbus Area Inc.
Dr. Kemavor expanded her lead in behavioral health services and advanced her career by serving in college student mental health as the Clinical Director of Counseling Services at Columbus State Community College, promoted to later serve as the Senior Director of Student Support and Advocacy with inclusive leadership oversight of Counseling Services, Military and Veteran Services, Disability Services and Student Advocacy. During her higher education tenure, Dr. Kemavor worked diligently in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to secure local, state, and federal funding that innovatively advanced collegial and community awareness of mental illness and substance abuse disorders. Returning to her passion of service in community mental health, Dr. Kemavor recently led a vibrant team of professionals as the Clinical Director at a community behavioral health agency in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. In this this role she revitalized, raised the standard of care and established a seamless process of remote Telehealth services for community members, removing multilayered barriers for mental health and substance abuse services in one of the most challenging times in world history.
Dr. Kemavor is an active leader who believes in advocacy and has shown such activism in the counseling profession in the State of Ohio. Among other leadership roles in the Ohio Counseling Association (OCA), she has served as President of the Southeast Ohio Counseling Association (SEOCA); revitalized and served as President of the Central Ohio Counseling Association (COCA); President of the Ohio Association for Multicultural Counseling and Development (OAMCD); and is a Charter Member and former President of the Ohio College Counseling Association (OCCA).

Dr. Delaney Smith first joined the ADAMH Board of Franklin County in August 2013. She brings an extensive background in the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness and substance use disorders. She has also held several leadership positions in the field of behavioral health.
She is also an auxiliary assistant professor of psychiatry at the Ohio State University Medical Center Department of Psychiatry and Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine Department of Specialty.
She is published in various publications including: Encyclopedia of Forensic Sciences; The Encyclopedia of Immigrant Health and The Journal of the American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law.
Dr. Smith earned her medical degree from the Ohio State University College of Medicine in 2002. In 1998, she received her bachelor's degree in psychology from Boston University. She has completed fellowships in forensic and community psychiatry.

Erika Clark Jones is Chief Executive Officer of the Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Board of Franklin County (ADAMH), a government agency that partners with more than 30 non-profits to plan, fund and evaluate community based mental health and substance use disorder treatment, recovery, crisis and prevention programs to individuals and families in Franklin County, Ohio.

Jonathan Thomas joined the ADAMH team in January 2015. In his current role as Chief Operating Officer, Jonathan is responsible for managing the operational performance of ADAMH, including strategic planning with associated project management, grant management, benefit plan management with oversight of billing definitions and adjudication of claims, information technology, and data governance including outcomes and reporting. Jonathan also holds a Lecturer position in the College of Social Work at The Ohio State University where he teaches a variety of courses, focused mostly on program evaluation and topics focused on mental health and substance use disorders. Jonathan completed studies in both psychology and social work before earning his master's degree in public policy and management from the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University. Having started his career working at an ADAMH-funded agency, Jonathan has experiences in serving youth in residential treatment and families providing treatment foster care. Jonathan has held leadership positions with the Ohio Department of Health and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. More recently, Jonathan was a member of Leadership Columbus' Signature Program's Class of 2021. Jonathan is excited about the opportunity to help lead the design and implementation of efficient and effective solutions in cooperation with his colleagues, the ADAMH network of providers, and partners across Franklin County in order to accomplish ADAMH's vision where all individuals and families in Franklin County can achieve optimal mental health and wellness, free from stigma, with equitable access to quality community-based services and supports.

Sue Villilo joined the ADAMH team as Vice President, Assistant System Chief Clinical Officer in November, 2021. She is a licensed independent social worker with supervisory status in the state of Ohio and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Toledo and a master's in social work from Ohio State University. Most recently, she served as Assistant Vice President of Community-Based Services for Lutheran Social Services (LSS). In the position, she was responsible for the oversight of LSS 211, Franklin County's information and referral service; The Health Center at Faith Mission a federally qualified health center (FQHC); Faith Mission providing shelter and services for people experiencing homelessness; and CHOICES for Victims of Domestic Violence, Franklin County's only crisis hotline and shelter for victims of domestic violence. Notable accomplishments during her time with LSS include transitioning the Health Center from a Free Clinic to an FQHC, creating shelters and programming for Veterans experiencing homelessness, designing and relocating CHOICES shelter and the implementation of the Lethality Assessment Program (LAP) in collaboration with Columbus Police Department, Franklin County Sheriff and additional police municipalities within Franklin County. Prior to her employment with LSS, she worked in public health and community based behavioral health settings. Villilo's work is built on community collaboration and advocacy for underserved and marginalized communities. She has served on multiple boards and community wide workgroups related to housing and homelessness, HIV and domestic violence. In addition, she is a lecturer at the OSU College of Social Work.
