Brent enjoys working with people on things that truly matter to them. He believes there are few things more fundamental than the purchase or sale of one's home or investment property. As an Advanced Realty Team agent, he brings together years of experience in small business, residential, and commercial real estate investment. He learned real estate investment from personal experience. As a home builder in southern Utah for over 20 years he has obtained the knowledge to help his clients achieve their goals, and work under just about any deadline. Working as a small business owner, he developed marketing, community development and customer-service skills that made Brent a respected member of the southern Utah community. Brent joined The Advanced Realty team of agents because he believes in its mission to create a strong and vibrant community with housing options for each individual home buyer. Brent is a knowledgeable advocate for his clients; he provides them with real estate expertise to make their transactions go smoothly and close successfully. Along with work, Brent fills his life with family, friends, and giving back to the community. Occasionally he takes the chance to travel. He is a dedicated football coach; and enjoys spending time with local athletes. Trent Leavitt is the President of Advanced Realty. He has been involved with Real Estate in the St. George area for over 32 years. His family was in the construction business, and he was sent out on almost every trade crew starting at 8 years old. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a specialty in finance from Southern Utah University. He went to work for Realty Executives and Jensen property management for 10 years from 1984-1994. Trent went out on his own in 1994 and started Advanced Realty starting with only 30 properties. Over the past 20 years, he has grown this business to over 500 properties which consist of mostly residential with commercial, multi-family, associations and storage units. In addition, his office has sales agents, and he has developed 7 subdivisions. His first year as a full-time agent he was awarded membership in the Million Dollar Club. Each year thereafter, he obtained that status until he was awarded Lifetime Membership in the Million Dollar Club. Trent continues as a sales agent and is heavily involved with the day-to-day operations of the property management side of the business. He personally previews all rental applicants, both residential and commercial. His office pulls credit reports and background checks on prospective residential and commercial tenants. The software system implemented in his office offers on-line bill pay and owner portals for monthly statements and reports. His office is open Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM and Saturday from 10AM to 3PM. Trent has been a member of Kiwanis for almost 30 years. He has served as President and Lieutenant Governor in the Utah/Idaho district. As an Eagle Scout, he has been involved with the Boy Scouts for over 30 years. Trent enjoys spending time with the family at Lake Powell or hunting with his boys. He also officiates football and basketball.
