In the 29+ years we have been doing Lymphedema Pumps, we sometimes get asked to help with an extreme case. This woman was referred to us by one of our most experienced Physical Therapist. This poor woman had stumps for legs, and only one arm. She was confined to her bed, and suffered from ulcerations on her backside. Two previous companies had been asked to help her, but could not come up with a solution that worked. We consulted with our partners at Bio Compression Systems and this is what we came up with.
