Alex Kleinberg

Alex Kleinberg focuses his law practice on counseling clients and representing them in litigation, bankruptcy proceedings, receiverships, foreclosures, and in proceedings to enforce judgments. He has served on the Washington State Bar Association Creditor-Debtor Executive Board, and he has successfully litigated cases in various state and federal courts throughout Washington and Oregon, including the Washington Court of Appeals, the Washington Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Alex has also achieved from his peers a Martindale-Hubbell "AV" rating (the highest rating possible). Prior to law school, Alex worked in the consumer finance industry for a division of Wells Fargo Bank. When not in the office, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and two teenage sons, cooking, reading, hiking, and rock hunting. Practice Areas Appellate Practice

Dieter Struzyna

Dieter Struzyna has practiced law for more than 36 years. He began as an associate with the largest law firm in the Pacific Northwest and later served as general counsel for one of the largest private companies in the Seattle area. From 1991 through the present, Dieter has been in private law practice, initially as a sole practitioner and subsequently with Advocates Law Group, PLLC. Dieter's experience, focus, and personal attention have earned loyalty and frequent referrals from his clients. Dieter focuses his practice on real estate and business transactions, representing real estate professionals, real estate owners, and business owners throughout the Pacific Northwest. He is a co-founder of Advocates Law Group. When not in the office, Dieter enjoys spending time with his two adult children, participates avidly in masters' competitive rowing, and serves on the council of his church. He also speaks German fluently.

Josh Grant

Josh Grant has practiced law in Eastern Washington for more than 40 years. He has experience helping individuals, families and businesses solve their legal problems. In the past, Josh maintained a private practice while working as a part-time prosecutor. He later continued his law practice when he served as the Lincoln County District Court Judge from 2000 until 2015. He continues assisting clients with an emphasis in the following areas: Elder law as a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, including advising on Medicaid eligibility; estate planning; probate and probate avoidance; real estate, including forming and administering homeowners associations; and agricultural and commercial land use and leasing. Josh has also served as a mediator. In his free time, Josh enjoys time with his wife, three children and five grandsons. He also enjoys sculling on Lake Roosevelt or competitive rowing on crew, reading, cooking, crossfit, pickle ball, and church activities. He also plays trombone with a German band. Parker Reich

Parker Reich is an experienced personal injury trial attorney dedicated to representing injured clients and litigating cases ranging from auto, trucking and bicycle accidents to slip, trip and falls to wrongful death since 2004. Prior to becoming a member of the Advocates Law Group, PLLC, Parker spent eight years as the lead trial attorney for an extremely high volume personal injury law firm in Pierce County, which has given him a strong understanding of handling the most difficult and complicated cases all the way to trial. When Parker takes a case, clients receive the benefits of his considerable experience with a wide range of injuries and insurance company tactics. He will develop a strategy so that you can focus on getting well and healing while your case is managed by professionals who know and understand the personal injury process. Parker graduated from Seattle University School of Law in 2004, summa cum laude (Top 5%) with an emphasis on litigation. Since then, with well over 40 jury trials under his belt, he is no stranger to the courtroom. While Parker will do everything to resolve your matter without filing a lawsuit, he is fully equipped to successfully litigate in court if that is the best thing for your case - and the insurance companies know that. Parker is married with three kids and has lived in the Pacific NW for over 20 years. When not at the office, Parker spends his free time coaching youth lacrosse, waterskiing, fishing and camping with his family.

Scott Milburn

Scott Milburn is an entrepreneurial attorney and senior business executive who brings a unique combination of legal and business experience to his clients. After graduating from law school, Scott embarked on a successful 17-year career in a full-time law practice. He began as a Trial Attorney in the Tax Division of the U.S. Justice Department, where he was hired under the Attorney General's Honors Program and was flattered to receive the 1984 Tax Division Outstanding Attorney Award. Scott spent the following three years as an associate with Karr Tuttle Campbell in his new-found home of Seattle. He then become a partner in K&L Gates, where he remained for 10 years, focusing on commercial litigation. In 1998, Scott broadened his focus from practicing law to the entrepreneurial business community. He has since worked in senior business executive positions and as part-time management for startup and growth-oriented technology companies throughout the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii. Scott's organizational contributions have included strategic planning, operations management, business development, legal affairs, sales, marketing, finance, and international business manager. Being able to simultaneously see situations from both a legal and client perspective, as well as provide both legal and business guidance and assistance, makes Scott a valuable asset to his clients. Scott enjoys gourmet cooking, edible plant gardening, and good wine to accompany good food. He also hikes, sails, and plays golf and biking.

Stacey Smythe

Stacey Smythe is a respected and accomplished Family Law and Estate Planning attorney who has built her life around helping people. For 33 years, she has dedicated her life to the law and the pursuit of equality and fairness. Stacey has extensive skill and expertise in family law's highly sensitive and complex issues and litigation experience. Stacey focuses on helping clients understand their rights, empowering them to make decisions for themselves, and protecting their best interests at all stages of the legal process. Also, as a Certified Advanced Divorce Mediator, Stacey brings her years of experience and skills as a practicing law attorney to her Mediation practice. Her appreciation of the Mediation process has enabled her to think outside the box when structuring settlements for both pro se and represented clients. Stacey has established a professional reputation for thoroughness, keen attention to detail, strategic thinking, loyalty, and dedication to serving her clients. Todd Wilson

Todd Wilson is a skilled advocate, negotiator, real estate and business law specialist with more than 20 years of diversified experience providing sage counsel to a variety of entities and individuals on a broad range of issues. Todd uses his experience to proactively avoid or reduce problems for his clients and provide solutions to his clients' legal matters with an appreciation and understanding of their business needs and goals, always conscious of the fact that their customers' satisfaction is the cornerstone of their success. Todd graduated from law school in 1997. He practiced in the business and real estate transaction department of a national law firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota prior to relocating to Seattle in 2002.
