Advanced Reporting has grown steadily by acquiring new clients and through the acquisition of two Consumer Reporting Agencies. In 2019 the Insight Reporting brand was introduced to differentiate the unique tenant screening products being offered. Advanced Reporting, including our Insight Reporting tenant screening brand, was originally founded in 1994 as Maps Mortgage Credit Reporting, a wholly owned subsidiary of Maps Credit Union. The company has evolved and changed over the years to become the comprehensive screening services provider it is today. In 1998, under the leadership of Mark Zook, who is now the Maps CU CEO, the company rebranded as Advanced Reporting and expanded its offerings beyond mortgage credit reporting to include tenant and employment screening. This change coincided with an expanding internet, which in turn brought greater connectivity..
