AFOABC

AFOA BC was founded in 1996 in response to the need for a united voice for those working in the critical fields of Indigenous finance and administration in this province. The response to AFOA BC was immediate, and it was clear early on that such an organization was needed on a national level... With our help, AFOA Canada was established in 1999, and there are now AFOA chapters in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Atlantic Canada and NWT. Efforts are being made to establish chapters in Nunavut... Today, AFOA BC has more than 300 members, and we continue to grow in our membership services and offerings.
