Cathy Bruff was born in St. John's and currently resides in Mount Pearl. Cathy graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1994 with a Bachelor of Commerce. She has completed the Occupational Health & Safety Certificate Program at the College of the North Atlantic and training in the implementation, management, and auditing of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001). Cathy is an active member of the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering (CSSE) and has been with A Harvey & Company Ltd. since 1998.

Michael is a graduate of Memorial University with a Bachelor of Arts. He came to work for A. Harvey in 2005 as Supervisor, advanced to the position of Base Manager in 2009 and then to Director in 2017. In this role, he strives to ensure the safest and most productive operations at the offshore Marine Base. He is committed to the satisfaction of both A. Harvey & Company Ltd.'s clients and employees.
