Alex Case is a Senior Associate in the Construction division of AION Partners. Alex is actively involved in the acquisition due diligence process and planning/execution of the firm's value-add business plans. Alex has been a member of AION Partners since 2016.
Prior to joining AION Partners, Alex was a Project Manager at AECOM for 5 years. While at AECOM, Alex's team built a regional CAPX program for TIAA CREF for their east coast portfolio of real estate assets. Alex was responsible for managing all purchasing / cost tracking within the program and managing all CAPX in one of TIAA CREF's top assets in New York. During his tenure at AECOM, Alex was involved in deploying over $100 million of capital improvements.
Mr. Case received his Real Estate Finance and Development certificate from NYU and his BS in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park. Alex is actively involved with Make a Wish Metro New York where he is currently a member of the Junior Board and a Wish Granter.
Brendan Glavin is an Vice President at AION Partners where he focuses on acquisitions and asset management across the firm's portfolio. His primary responsibilities include underwriting and originating new investment opportunities as well as managing the day-to-day activities for several of AION's assets. Mr. Glavin also supports the team with business development by interfacing with current and future stakeholders.
Prior to joining AION Partners, Mr. Glavin was a Credit Analyst in M&T Bank's New York City Commercial Real Estate office where he helped to structure and underwrite over $500MM of retail, office, and multifamily transactions.
Mr. Glavin graduated from McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University with a BSBA in Finance and a minor in Economics.
Craig Boyarsky is a Vice President at AION Partners where he focuses on acquisitions and asset management across the firm's portfolio. His primary responsibilities include underwriting and originating new investment opportunities as well as managing the day-to-day activities for several of AION's assets. Mr. Boyarsky also focuses on business development opportunities by interfacing with current and prospective investors and debt partners.
Prior to joining AION Partners, Mr. Boyarsky was an Assistant Vice President at Capital One Bank where he financed over $600MM of commercial real estate transactions for New York-based sponsors. He also completed Capital One's Commercial Banking Development Program.
Mr. Boyarsky graduated summa cum laude from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University with a B.S. in Applied Accounting & Finance and a minor in Economics.
Damian Betancourt is a Senior Analyst for AION Partners where he supports the team's acquisition & asset management efforts.
Prior to joining AION Partners, Mr. Betancourt was an Analyst on Rialto Capital Management's Commercial Properties Group, where he focused on equity acquisitions and asset management, primarily for industrial properties in the southeastern United States.
Mr. Betancourt graduated from University of Richmond with a B.A. in PPEL (Philosophy, Politics, Economics & Law) and a minor in History.

Elena Yan is Vice President of Financial Operations, where her focus is on the firm's portfolio investments.
Prior to joining AION Partners, Ms. Yan was an Assistant Vice President Oaktree Capital Management. At Oaktree, she led a team of 15 people overseeing the Fund Accounting and Operations for the flagship Global Opportunities Fund with $16 billion assets under management. She previously worked at Fortress Investment Group, BNP Paribas, and Ernst & Young.
Ms. Yan received a M.S in Real Estate Finance from New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate, a B.S. in Business Administration from San Francisco State University with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Gabriel O'Loughlin is a Vice President of AION Partners Construction Services. Gabriel focuses on capital deployment and management responsibilities across AION's portfolio. He also structures and oversees equity cost and quality control issues.
Prior to joining AION, Gabriel was employed for over twenty-five years at Integra Group Contracting Inc. where he was responsible for all operations, logistics and quality control for the firm. Mr. O'Loughlin managed all labor and project supervision for Integra Companies, including the Plumbing and Sprinkler division which had annual gross revenues of over $40 million. Gabriel also was closely involved in estimating, purchasing, and sub-contractor selection among other logistical responsibilities to ensure that projects were successfully brought in on time and within budget.

Prior to joining AION Partners, Heather served as an Associate on the Finance and Operations team at Two Sigma Private Investments. In this role she supported both the fund and management company accounting function, in addition to fund operations.

Jeanna Dunleavy is an Investors Relations Associate at AION Partners and is responsible for investor communication and outreach as well as various business development initiatives.
Prior to joining AION Partners, Jeanna was a Senior Associate at The Bank of New York Mellon within Global Markets. Previously, Jeanna was at ICAP where she worked on the US Treasury desk.
Ms. Dunleavy received her BA in Economics and American Studies from Connecticut College.
Michael A. Roth is a Vice President of AION Partners. His focus is on asset management of the firm's portfolio through managing the day-to-day activities of a number of AION's assets as well as originating and underwriting new acquisitions. Mr. Roth also supports the upper management team with interacting with current and future investors.
Prior to joining AION Partners, Mr. Roth was an Underwriter of multifamily transactions in Freddie Mac's Northeast Regional office where he underwrote $1B of multifamily transactions over his tenure there.
Mr. Roth received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Business School at University of Wisconsin - Madison, majoring in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. He is also in the process of completing a Professional Certificate in Real Estate Investment and Finance from New York University.

Michael Betancourt is a founding partner and Managing Director of AION Partners. Michael heads the Investment Committee of AION and oversees underwriting of all new transactions. He also dedicates his time to AION's institutional equity relationships and private investors. At AION, he has purchased over $1.5 billion in real estate across multifamily, office and development deals.
Michael began his real estate career with DCD America in 2001. He has also held positions with Prudential Securities and Shearson Lehman Brothers.
Mr. Betancourt is a graduate of Saint Joseph's University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
Michael Zazzaro is a Vice President of AION Partners. His focus is on asset management of the firm's portfolio through managing the day-to-day activities of a number of AION's assets as well as underwriting and originating new acquisitions. Mr. Zazzaro also focuses on business development with potential debt, equity and development partners and interacts with current and future investors.
Prior to joining AION Partners, Mr. Zazzaro was an Assistant Vice President at Citi Private Bank. At Citi, he worked with High Net Worth and Institutional clients investing in real estate private equity transactions. He previously graduated from Citi's Analyst Rotational Program, focusing on capital markets and alternative investments.
Mr. Zazzaro graduated with honors from Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Social Studies. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Nadem Hasan is a Manager on AION Partner's Accounting team. Mr. Nadem is responsible for the firm's treasury and finance functions.
Mr. Hasan has over 13 years of real estate accounting experience including eight years at a public accounting firm.
Mr. Hasan has an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of the Punjab in Pakistan.

Mr. Khan joined Aion Partners in 2006. Prior to joining Aion Partners he held various accounting and audit positions at Richmond Hill Hydro and 407 ETR.

Patrick Skowronski is an Associate of AION Partners. His responsibilities include originating and underwriting investment opportunities, and asset management.
Prior to joining AION Partners, Mr. Skowronski was an Associate at Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) where he was part of the CMBS New Issuance team.
Mr. Skowronski graduated from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business.
Reid Blynn is an Associate of AION Partners where he supports the asset management, portfolio management, and investor relations efforts.
Prior to joining AION Partners, Mr. Blynn was an Associate Director of Business Development at Newmark tasked with driving PropTech adoption across investment sales and leasing businesses. He was previously a senior analyst within Goldman Sachs' foreign exchange sales and trading desk.
Mr. Blynn graduated from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business with a BSBA in Finance.
Sean Belfi is a Principal of AION Partners. Sean focuses on new acquisitions and asset management responsibilities across AION's portfolio. He also structures and oversees equity and debt partnerships.
Prior to joining AION, Sean was a Vice President at Citi Private Bank. At Citi, he worked with High Net Worth clients and Institutional clients investing in real estate development projects and real estate funds. Prior to Citi, Sean practiced law in New York.
Sean received a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University. He received a Professional Certificate in Real Estate Investment and Finance from New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate. He also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Siraj Dadabhoy has over 20 years of experience in finance and real estate investment. He focuses on AION's overall investment strategy; new real estate opportunities, global marketing and capital raising. He has a thorough knowledge of the entire investment lifecycle and maintains a high level of attention to detail throughout the process, from the initial structuring of the deal through to the development of the investment thesis and design details.
He is also the Chairman of AION Global; an owner, operator and developer of real estate in the U.K. Siraj is a 1988 graduate of Indiana University, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance. He is also a qualified Certified Public Accountant.
Taylor Finley is an Associate at AION Partners where she focuses on underwriting investment opportunities and asset management across the firm's portfolio.
Prior to joining AION Partners, Taylor worked in the U.S. House of Representatives where she managed relationships between Members of Congress, the House Ways and Means Committee, Fortune 500 companies and advocacy groups to draft legislation, letters, amendments, and op-eds within international tax. She also worked as a business management consultant within the federal government.
Ms. Finley graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BBA in Entrepreneurship and Venture Management. She received her MBA and Certificate in Global Real Estate from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.

Tom Sullivan joins us as the Vice President of National Sales. Prior to joining AION, Tom spent the last 3 years at Bonaventure, an alternative asset manager where he was responsible for fundraising for a private, multifamily REIT.
Tom began his career with two large investment firms, Delaware Investments and Macquarie, where he served as an Advisory Consultant in their Financial Institutions Group responsible for covering RIAs, family offices, bank trusts, and retirement consultants.
Tom has over 9 years of experience in the asset management and financial services industry where he has been instrumental in helping these investment groups raise over $1 billion in aggregate assets. He holds his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA.
Victor Cole is a Principal of AION Partners. Victor heads the Investment Team at AION, focusing on new acquisitions and asset management. He personally oversees several of AION's large assets in the firm's portfolio. At AION, Victor has purchased close to $1 billion of real estate in office and multifamily deals.
Prior to joining AION, Victor was a member of JPMorgan's Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities group. He previously worked for NorthMarq Capital where he was involved in debt and equity placement on behalf of real estate investor and developer clients.
Victor received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University and a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate from New York University's Real Estate Institute.
