Aileron Design is a designer and or manufacturer for high quality architectural metals such as stairs, sliding doors, windows and furniture... Aileron Design, launched in 1990, has designed and collaborated on architectural projects throughout the U.S. and abroad, including Madrid, London, Beirut and the Dominican Republic. Led by principal Kathryn Biddinger, the firm creates simple and innovative solutions which respond to the needs of the client, and reflect a sensitivity to materials, color, and space. The diverse portfolio ranges from small residential renovations and furniture design to large commercial projects.
