Ally, graduated from the University of Delaware with a BA in Political Science. Since joining our team in 2016, she has been assigned to work on several of our key accounts. In addition to corporate filing needs, she is also a valuable member of our UCC department. In her free time, Ally is passionate about traveling and spending time outdoors, especially at the beach with her family.

Ann graduated from Princeton University with a BA in History and American Studies. She played squash in college, captaining her team to a national championship her senior year. After college Ann worked for a large law firm in Washington DC before embarking on a career in secondary school education. In 2001 Ann returned home to work for the family business where she has been a principal since its inception in 1979. She has served as CEO of American Incorporators and its affiliated entities since 2010. In her free time, Ann enjoys reading, knitting, and spending time with her family.
Ann, better known as Randy received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware. She and her husband co-founded the company in the late 70s and Randy began working for American Incorporators fulltime once her children were in high school. Over the last 30-40 years, Randy has worked in every department of the company from taking and processing orders to handling all of the accounting and bookkeeping duties. Although she is semi-retired at this point so that she can enjoy her grandchildren and her favorite hobby - tennis, Randy is still a constant in the office, helping with accounting and in the renewals department. The longest-tenured employee at AIL, Randy's knowledge of company history is invaluable.

Cassandra, joined us 2016 after years of experience in customer service for the insurance and banking industries. Cassandra has had an immediate impact and numerous clients have reached out to compliment her work with them. Cassandra graduated with a BS in interior design from the Art Institute of Philadelphia. Not surprisingly, in her free time Cassandra enjoys watching HGTV programs related to home improvement in addition to spending time with family and trying out new recipes.

Heather, graduated from Delaware Tech with an Associate's degree in Human Services then went to Wilmington University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science. Before starting at AIL, Heather worked in the restaurant industry and the medical insurance field. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and going to the beach in the summer.

Jeff has a BA in Marketing from York College of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Goldey-Beacom College. Jeff has been with American Incorporators since 2000 and works extensively with our international clients. He has traveled throughout Eastern and Western Europe meeting with clients and gathering an understanding of their individual needs. In his free time Jeff enjoys playing golf, running, and watching the Philadelphia Eagles.

Kerry was educated with a Pre-Pharmacy degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. After an initial career in pharmacy sales, Kerry joined the American Incorporators family in 2007. Kerry has handled numerous jobs at AIL from Incorporation Specialist to Registered Agent Coordinator to her most recent position as Director of Business Development. In her free time Kerry loves going to the beach, coaching her daughter's competitive cheer program, and traveling with her family.

Laura was educated with a degree in Psychology from Salisbury University in Salisbury, Maryland. Laura has been a member of the American Incorporators family since 1998, starting as an Incorporation Specialist and moving into her role as Vice President of Administration in 2004. In her free time Laura enjoys spending time with her family, summers at the beach, and event planning.
Murray, graduated from the University of North Carolina with a BA in American Studies and received his law degree from Vanderbilt University. He initially entered the incorporation business in 1979 with the formation of Registered Agents, Ltd., originally formed as an additional stream of income to support his new venture as a young lawyer. The company was initially run by his personal assistant out of his small law office. The company quickly outgrew this initial venture and by the early 90s, Murray and his wife had formed a second company, American Incorporators Ltd. that operated alongside Registered Agents in its own space separate and independent from the law firm. The two companies merged under the name American Incorporators in 2010. Murray remains involved in the decision making for all aspects of the company, even as he focuses his efforts on his primary position as the President and CEO of Westover Capital Advisors LLC, a wealth management company in Wilmington. Murray has been involved on several boards devoted to giving back to the community. He enjoys traveling around the world with his wife, spending time on the Eastern Shore of Maryland with family and friends, and cheering on his beloved Tar Heels at every opportunity.
