From modest beginnings, Aiken & Company has grown into one of the largest insurance & real estate organizations in the Pee Dee area. It was first established in 1914 as a life insurance firm by Jefferson Boone Aiken. In the early 1920's, Aiken & Company was expanded to include commercial and residential real estate. Much of the success of Aiken & Company is attributed to Jefferson B. Aiken, Jr., one of the sons of the founder of the company...
