Founded by four newly certified U.S.-licensed commercial pilots and flight instructors, the company aimed to set a new standard in high-quality aircraft transfer services between the United States and Europe. Over the years, as the pilot team expanded and gained experience, Global Air Ferry grew into a global aviation service provider. By 2010, the company was offering worldwide ferry services, transporting aircraft of all types to any destination. In 2012, it was officially registered in Florida, USA, as part of Raich Aerospace Group LLC, further expanding its operations. In March 2017, responding to increasing international demand and seeking a more efficient corporate tax structure, the company was restructured as Global Air Holding Ltd, an offshore holding company in Hong Kong, becoming a key ferry service provider for U.S.-manufactured..
