We specialize in collaborating with clients who understand the importance of sophisticated design and analysis to achieve substantially better building performance... Our firm has been recognized for technical ability and for aesthetic sensitivity in its designs for adaptive reuse of historic buildings by local organizations, and with grants from the US Environmental Protection Agency and the National Science Foundation. AIM designed one of the buildings listed on the U.S. Department of Energy's High Performance Buildings Database.
