Outstanding quality service! The technician kept in contact to let me know what time he was going to come by my house. He immediately let me know any updates as they came, as far as meeting the scheduled service time. Once he arrived, was very polite and answered all of my wife and I's questions and did an amazing job installing our new thermostat. He even walked us through how to use the thermostat step by step! I will definitely recommend using these guys!

These guys rock ,my grandfather needed his air fixed and living in Florida it gets hot. Come to find out his house has 3 systems and needed alot of work rather than band aiding the problem and taking our money we discussed options and repair vs replace was easily out weighed. He now has 3 new units in and out and has 10 years warranty. Called for service on a wed had 3 new units in and out by lunch on Friday. This is a locally owned company and they treat you like friends rather than customers.I'm freezing as we speak ....
Recently, Aaron Belmudez, with Air Waves Heating & Cooling, went out of his way to visit my home after a very bad storm and when flooding caused access roads to close. He parked and walked to our home. Then, he trudged through mud and dangerous debris to inspect our broken AC unit -- all because he didn't want me and my family to be without cool air during the hot summer months. He was polite and professional. I would recommend Air Waves Heating & Cooling to any one who is looking to service, repair or replace their AC units -- and if you want the best person on their team, ask for Aaron!
Fantastic decision to call Air Waves for a 2nd opinion for my pool heat pump issues!! After dealing with a different company at the beaches area, where they continually noted the pattern of problems incorrectly and then suggested a very expensive repair without guarantee that it would even be fixed So it was such a breath of fresh air when Ricky came to my home for a 2nd opinion. The communication was easy, he LISTENED/UNDERSTOOD as I explained the problems we encountered from the first through the most recent. I never told him that we had another company already there, I wanted his evaluation and recommendation of repair without influence of my frustration. He nailed it, the problem was what both my husband and I expected, and not to the tune of an expensive repair as told to us by the other company. We will definitely use Air Waves moving forward, thank you Ricky!

Amazing company with amazing employees! They called me earlier in the week to schedule my free check up after installing the unit last year. The attention and professionalism of the employee that came to check my system was great! He made sure the unit was performing at its peak and even took a moment to make a small adjustment to my other unit to improve its performance knowing I will be using them again in the very near future to replace that unit.
What guy! Forget 5 stars, Ricky Epperson deserves atleast 10 ! Called on a Thursday evening and was at my home Friday morning... Determined what parts we needed, left and came back within a few hours and repaired our AC. Prices were EXTREMELY reasonable. He is a very nice, personable, honest, and professional man. Two thumbs way up for Ricky! Without hesitation will continue to recommend him.
We had trouble finding a technician to fix out pool heater. Ricky came out the same day to diagnose the problem. He was progressional and explained everything. Our pool is currently heating. Can't wait to take a swim!!

I had a pretty good idea of what had gone wrong with my AC and researched the prices on the parts and accessories to possibly fix it myself. I took a look an decided to call in Air Waves based on a trusted friends recommendation . My 11 year old unit had what could have been (for my budget) a VERY expensive problem but the folks at Air Waves worked with me to find a perfect, reliable solution for half of what I would have spent even doing it myself and they included a general checkup of the entire system just for good measure.Ryan Fagan worked with his team to get it done. And the best part was that he was on time, professional, and was all wrapped up in a few hours. I'm now contracting with them for the annual checkups from here on out. Give them a call.
