Ventures is a small company incorporated in the State of Nevada as a Small Business. We have all the permits, licenses, resale permits and asundry other requirements to maintain a legal operation. Manufacturing is done completely on the premises under the guidance of the owner. If we're not happy with an individual unit, it doesn't ship! Each order is individually built, inspected and shipped. These reflectors are built to the high standards of the FAA specification L-853, Runway and Taxiway Retroreflective Markers were certified to meet these standards by a national testing lab... Airport Reflectors were designed in Nevada by Michael Conlan of Ventures, a pilot and airport manager of 3L2 Sky Ranch. Pryor to his death in 2017, he mentored a young neighbor on how to build the reflectors and ensure quality control.
