The Alden Chamber of Commerce offers the free service of posting member business employment opportunities! Formed in 1956, the Alden Chamber of Commerce originally sought out doctors for the community and established medical services for the Town. Over the past 50 years, the Chamber has supported numerous community events and developed programs to support and develop business in Alden. The Industrial Park was purchased and started by the Chamber for new businesses to come to the community. They initiated and worked to get the Alden Medical Center, purchased the original Christmas decorations in the Village, and continue to sponsor popular events, such as the Taste of Alden, Christmas in the Park and the Farmers' Market.
