We are extremely very upset about the way how they dealt with our order and ignoring our emails, phone calls, and Whatsapp messages, it was really a nightmare for us and a very difficult time.
In total, we believe what we lost an amount of 25000 USD

One of the worst companies that we worked with within 2020, they are a group of unprofessional, inexperienced, and lack knowledge staff, who do not care about awareness and efficiency and they are not honest with customers.
We made an order in November 2020 to purchase sandwich panels for our cool rooms project in Muscat/Oman, we transferred 50% from the total amount of 70 000 UAE as a deposit, we supposed to receive the items within 21 days, unfortunately, we received them unfinished after 52 days
