Tom Palen's official title is "unpaid kennel help" and he has a t-shirt to prove it. All around kennel help, puppy wrangler, dog care assistant, groomer, fill-in animal care, landscaper, and supportive care giver scrape the surface when describing his varied capabilities. All Greatful Dogs wouldn't stay in existence without him. Tom also does therapy dog visits and is currently working with Lark (pictured) his third therapy dog. Meet Latigo. Latigo is on staff as of March, 2014. He's a 20 year old Quarter Horse Gelding who helps with distractions and socializing, introducing city dogs to some country fun.
