From Chatom, AL, Alex has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since November 2018. She graduated from Coastal Alabama Community College with her Associate's Degree in Business Administration and from Alabama A&M University with her Bachelors of Sciences in Marketing. Alex was previously a Part Time Manager at Charming Charlie and Part Time Manager at Charlotte Russe before being hired as a server at our Baumhower's Huntsville location. Over the years, Alex worked in many front of house positions, such as cashier, team lead, server trainer, bartender, and travel trainer, just to name a few. In the summer of 2021, Alex joined the Support Center team as a Marketing Intern. Once her internship was completed, she stepped into her new position as Marketing Coordinator. She enjoys traveling, hiking, and Sunday Funday brunch!
From Fairhope, AL, Bob founded Aloha Hospitality in 1981. Bob owns and operates 14 concepts across the state of Alabama. Previously, Baumhower played in the National Football League for the Miami Dolphins and the University of Alabama. He is a five-time Pro Bowler with the Miami Dolphins, member of the Miami Dolphins' Ring of Honor and two-time All-American at the University of Alabama. His experience on the playing field has inspired Baumhower's restaurants and provided the discipline and dedication to deliver the finest food and dining experience around.

They love spending time with their giant pups and being at the beach or out on the water as much as they can.

In addition to the pastry degree, Rachel also received a diploma from École Nationale Supérieure de P tisserie in Yssingeaux, France for Pastry Arts. From Fairhope, AL, Spencer has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since 2008. He started as a busser, then server, then bartender, worked through HOH, and eventually became a key employee. Spencer moved to an assistant manager once he graduated from college, working his way up to GM within a couple years. He held the position of Field Training Operations and oversaw all MIT training and operations of the training store. Spencer then got in multi-unit management in 2019, got promoted to Vice President of Operations, then COO in 2021. He is close to his 3 siblings: Anne, Allie, and Wesley. Spencer is a former collegiate athlete and loves fitness, sports, and legendary food. He has a huge passion for people and helping others succeed professionally and in life. He enjoys deep sea fishing, diving, and investing in sports trading cards.
Stacey was born and raised in Mobile, AL and went to school at Ben C. Rains High School. She's been apart of the Aloha team since April 2009. Stacy helped grow many of our concepts starting from Bimini Bobs, Compleat Angler, Baumhower's, and now Dauphin's. Her experience has ranged from Director of Service, Director of Café, Director of Hospitality, Kitchen Manager, and Interim GM. Stacy is a single mother with 3 daughters and 7 grandbabies.

Staci was born in Ohio but grew up in New Jersey and Florida. Her family moved to Alabama in 2009. Staci is a wife, mother to two great kids, and a grandmother to a perfect little boy. From Roanoke Rapids, NC, Steve has been a team member at Aloha Hospitality since January 2005. He received his Bachelor of Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales in Providence, RI. Throughout his career he has been a chef in New Orleans, Las Vegas, and Kapalua Maui. Steve has been named one of the "Ten Chefs to Watch" by Esquire, one of two "Great Young Chefs" from Southern Living, "Louisiana Chef to Watch" from Louisiana Cooking, and one of "Three Top Chefs in Las Vegas" by VIP Magazine. In 2009, he received Manager of the Year award from the Mobile Restaurant Association. He and his wife have been married for 25 years with 1 son. Steve enjoys golf, fishing, and cooking.

Terrance has been working in various food and beverage concepts, from fast casual to family eateries to casinos, for the past 11 years. He has successfully lead and developed teams for 5 years consecutively. Terrance comes from a very success driven and passionate family. They value delivering on your promises, hardwork, consistency, and doing the right thing even when no one is looking. He was a big part in helping our new concept, Wingfingers, receive a 94 on health check.
Theo is from Huntsville, AL and attended Le Cordon Blue Culinary School in 2005-2006. He has been apart of Aloha Hospitality since July 2017. Theo has been cooking for over 20 years with a background in French and Italian cuisine. He previously worked at Mac Grille as a New Store Opener and Trainer in 2008 and 2013. He also worked at Aloha Hospitality concept, Dauphin's, in 2017 and became a trainer in 2019. Theo was nominated for Employee of the Year back-to-back 2019-2020 for back of the house at Dauphin's. He is the youngest of 15 children and been married to his wife for 10 years with 6 daughters and 1 son.
