Bruno Sidler has taken the reins in Zurich following the retirement of Ewald Scherrer as Managing Director of Alpadis Group's Zurich office. Bruno will head the private clients services practice, including wealth planning, family office services, as well as directing the offering to corporate clients in Switzerland.
Bruno brings three decades of experience and has proven track record in wealth and trust foundation formation and administration, estate planning, and family governance. He has developed deep and longstanding relationships with private clients from Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. In addition, he has helped international small and medium-sized enterprises (SME's) unlock growth through expansion or relocation to Switzerland.
A Swiss national, Bruno was also a founder and co-owner of a multi-family office firm headquartered in Zurich.
A career advising some of the leading international family offices and fiduciary institutions has provided Bruno with deep knowledge and brand perspective of the industry's evolution and holistic risk management. Fluent in English and German, Bruno is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
In his spare time, Bruno enjoys all winter sports and the serene mountain and lake settings during the summer months.

Dominik Kurt is a Senior Trust Officer at Alpadis Group‘s Swiss office in Zurich, provid ing legal, succession and wealth planning advice for international private clients.
Dominik has deep experience in the set up and administration of trusts, companies as well as family office services from a Swiss and international perspective.
He holds a Master's Degree in Law at the University of Basel and an LL.M. Degree in International Business Law at the University of Zurich. Furthermore, he successfully completed the professional education of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
After his studies, Dominik worked for companies in the trust and corporate services sector as well as for a FINMA licensed investment manager of collective investment schemes.
Dominik speaks German, English and has good knowledge in Spanish. He is an active member of the carnival in Basel and enjoys being active in sports.

John Tan - Managing Director

John Tan has been the Managing Director of Alpadis Group's Singapore office since May 2023 and is responsible for overseeing our operations and administration. His responsibilities also include overseeing our corporate, tax and accounting services, which we offer to both corporate and private clients.
With 19 years of experience in trust and fiduciary planning and administration, John brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Alpadis Group. Throughout his career, he has worked with corporate clients, as well as high and ultra-high net worth private clients across multiple jurisdictions. John began his career at HSBC Trustee Singapore in 2004, subsequently working for an international French bank and a Swiss private bank. Prior to joining Alpadis Group, John held the position of Managing Director at a reputable corporate services provider.
Born and raised in Singapore, John enjoys cycling, watching football matches and films, and practicing meditation. He is multilingual, speaking English, Mandarin, and the Chinese dialects of Teochew and Hokkien.
Karen Leung established Alpadis Group Hong Kong office in 2013 and as a capacity of Managing Director of Alpadis Group in Hong Kong, where she manages the daily operations and administration of trustee and corporate services. Her responsibilities include company formation, company structuring, accounting, HR, and tax matters and management of secretarial duties in various jurisdictions and liaison with relevant financing and government institutions.
Karen is able to draw from over 20 years of experience in working with well-known multi-national companies in corporate services, group management and administration. She holds a degree of Business Administration from De La Salle University, and also has a Professional Diploma in Company Law and Corporate Administration. Karen is a Hong Kong national and speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Karen enjoys leading, mentoring and producing results with her team. Outside of work she likes to unwind on the golf course and always makes time to travel a few times a year.

Chau is also the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and leads the Group's operations in Malaysia, including Labuan, where Alpadis Group also have an office. Chau covers taxation, compliance, financial planning, forecasting and cash flow among other areas, as well as working with Alpadis Group clients to assist them with various financial reporting and taxation matters.

Chau is also the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and leads the Group's operations in Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, where Alpadis Group also have an office. Chau covers taxation, compliance, financial planning, forecasting and cash flow among other areas, as well as working with Alpadis Group clients to assist them with various financial reporting and taxation matters.
Chau began his career with KPMG Malaysia, before moving on to leading trust and fiduciary services firms. He is a Certified Public Accountant with both the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) and CPA Australia, and a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). He is also an approved Trust Officer by Labuan FSA
He has worked in London, Singapore, Switzerland and Malaysia, and has led teams and overseen regional operations in his past experiences. He is regularly asked to mentor and train younger team members and prides himself on making things happen and solving problems.
Born and bred in Sabah, East Malaysia, Chau enjoys reading, good movies, running and a game of badminton. He also speaks five languages: English, Malay, Mandarin / Cantonese and Hakka.

Marios joined Alpadis Group following the merger of Loggerhead and Alpadis in December 2021. He works closely with the Group CEO on the development and growth of the Group.
Marios holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and has a diverse background in banking, wealth management and structuring. His experience spans from McKinsey & Co, JP Morgan (M&A), Capital Risk in New York, and Clariden Leu in Zurich. He also served for 4 years on the Board of Directors of the Bank of Cyprus as a Non-Executive Director.
He spends his time between Dubai, Zurich and Cyprus and travels extensively across the globe.
Martial established Alpadis Group Japan office in 2022 as Managing Director. He is multi-lingual with over 30 years of experience representing multinational clients in Japan. Martial leads the corporate services team in Tokyo whose responsibilities include company formation, accounting, human resources, tax, corporate secretarial services, and liaison with financial and government institutions.
Martial is a French citizen and has lived in Japan for 30 years. He speaks English, Japanese and French, and has an MBA from EMLyon Business School.
