Chris Taylor - CEO

Chris is CEO and Co-Owner of Fisher's Technology, an office technology company offering IT network management, copier and printer services, business telephone solutions, and electronic document management software and services. During Chris's seventeen years at the company, the 87 year-old Fisher's more than sextupled in size and received numerous awards including: Idaho's Best Places to work the last fifteen years straight, Inc 5000 fastest growing U.S. companies five years, Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce 2013 Small Business of the Year, U.S. Chamber's Top 100 U.S. Small Businesses of the Year in 2014, and Idaho Business Review's 2017-2023 Reader Rankings as both the Best Office Equipment Company and the Best IT & Tech Support Services in Idaho. Chris was also selected as a 2014 CEO of Influence by the Idaho Business Review. Chris is a Boise native with past experience managing technology projects for organizations around the world. Chris worked for Accenture and BearingPoint as a consultant and manager of strategic systems implementations. Chris received an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management and graduated Summa cum Laude with a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Idaho. Chris serves on the Board of Directors of the Idaho Youth Ranch, is the President of the Copier Dealers' Association and the Managed Technology Association, serves on the Canon Dealer Advisory Council, is the Honorary Commander in the Idaho Air National Guard, is the Past President of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) Idaho Chapter, served on the Board of Directors for the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce, is a past Executive Board Member and Past President of the Board of Directors for the Discovery Center of Idaho, serves on the University of Idaho's Special Advisory Group to the President, serves on the Board for the Idaho Technology Council, is a member of the Vistage CEO leadership group, and previously served on the Board of Trustees for the Boise Art Museum. Chris also serves on advisory boards for numerous for-profit organizations.

Eric Strand

Eric leads a team of account managers and technology specialists who ensure Fisher's customers and clients fulfill their document systems needs and meet the challenges of the modern office. At the forefront of Eric's charter is customer satisfaction followed closely by development of new customer and client relationships. Having spent most of his career in IT systems consulting, Eric ensures that innovative technologies and business workflow efficiency is engrained in the products Fisher's offers and in the knowledge-base of the team he leads. Prior to joining Fisher's, Eric was a co-founder of a large SAP consulting company in Oslo, Norway where he specialized in business workflow reengineering and project management for companies throughout Europe. Eric started his career as a consultant for Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting). Although he spent over seven years in Norway, Eric is an Idaho native and earned a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Idaho.

Gavin Fenton

A true Utahn, born and raised, Gavin Fenton is the Regional Sales Manager and go-to person for Fisher's Utah operations. Gavin is focused on positive interactions and development of his team to build valuable relationships with customers, team members, vendors, and manufacturers. With over 15 years of sales experience, Gavin brings his knowledge and helpful demeanor to customer interactions. After graduating from Olympus High School, Gavin spent two years in the Georgia, Atlanta area on his Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Shortly after receiving a Business Management degree from University of Phoenix, Gavin began his career in the imaging industry. Together, Gavin and Becky (wife), have 7 kids which leads his personal life as they support their different interests. These interests include sunsets, the beach, shopping, shoes, makeup, friends, Skyridge High School Lacrosse and Football, and Utah Tech University Football.

Haley Grigsby - CMO

Haley Grigsby is the Marketing Director and a Board Member at Fisher's Technology, an office technology company hailing originally from Boise, Idaho with 4 locations in Idaho, 6 locations in Montana and a location in Spokane, Washington, and 2 in Utah. With her direct demeanor, competitive edge, positive outlook, and relatable potty mouth, Haley is a key contributor to Fisher's innovative and fun company culture. She leads and grows a team of marketing specialists at Fisher's and is responsible for developing and implementing all marketing and brand management efforts. Over the past 10 years, Fisher's revenues have grown by over 175% and Haley's contributions have been vital in achieving this growth. Haley has facilitated multiple acquisitions in new markets and has created and implemented a marketing return on investment tracking system, which itself is operating at more than 6:1 ratio or $6 for every $1 spent. Prior to joining Fisher's Technology, Haley worked in the Boise residential and commercial real estate industry where she handled marketing and client care initiatives. Haley is a current Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce Leadership Boise member and is a graduate from The College of Idaho with a bachelor's degree in business, a concentration in marketing, and minors in art and history. Additionally, Haley was also a four-year collegiate athlete. Haley and her husband, Tyler, have two kids under two. They enjoy sleeping in their spare time.

J.T. Jones - CFO

J.T. Jones is a University of Idaho graduate with Bachelor of Science degrees in both accounting and finance who joined Fisher's in 2006. J.T. was previously a staff certified public accountant (CPA) for Boise-based Travis Jeffries, P.A., where he conducted business valuations of closely held entities, performed outside audits of corporate and government financial statements and provided tax services with an emphasis on corporate tax. In addition to his financial background, J.T. also spent a year as a touring golf pro after being named an Academic All-American in college. Following graduation from the University of Idaho, J.T. worked in the securities markets in Chicago, holding positions ranging from exchange trading floor clerk at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange & Board of Trade to a NASDAQ stock specialist at the Midwest Stock Exchange. Following his return to Idaho he was hired as a securities trader at Mountain West Capital Group and later became a hedge fund manager at Summit Ridge Investment Management, LLC. In this latter position he managed assets for a number of private investors.

LeeAnn Hawk - CHRO

LeeAnn Hawk, HR Director, found her new home at Fisher's Technology soon after graduating from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management. She is a professional with over 16 years of human resource management experience. LeeAnn brings enthusiasm, dedication and a caring attitude to her work roles. She has thrived fulfilling her many work responsibilities, including: Employee Relations & Onboarding, Mentoring and Educating Employees and Management, Developing and Implementing Employee Policies and Procedures, Benefits & Payroll Management, IT Management & Purchasing, Vendor Management and Acquisitions. LeeAnn generously gives her time, talents and hard work to the local community. She has regularly volunteered through her church and other non-profit organizations. After escaping Alaska, LeeAnn moved to Boise to accept her role at Fisher's. Living with her semi-obedient husband, her life is never uneventful. She loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, quilting, camping, researching family history, canning and crafting.

Sam Dugdale

Sam, a Montana native, originates from Missoula and graduated from The University of Montana for his undergraduate. After college, Sam did 3 years of sales for Sysco Foods. He loves to get into the outdoors, is an avid sports fan and loves spending time with family and friends. Sam is very excited to get going with Fisher's and take on the Account Manager role in Helena and represent Fisher's and our clients in the best way possible.

Shannon Sanden

Shannon joined the Fisher's team with a mission to translate office technology into business value. Passionate about proactive customer service and helping Montana businesses thrive, you can find Shannon working with organizations of all sizes to improve their workflows and streamline their technology. Shannon is a graduate of Leadership Missoula 37 and currently volunteers on the Missoula Young Professionals Steering Committee. An outdoor enthusiast, Shannon loves exploring Montana. In her free time, you'll find her spending time with family and friends, traveling, cooking and making memories with her husband and two young sons.

Teresa Jorgensen

Teresa joined Fisher's in 2007 as a territory sales representative and quickly became focused on major accounts. She is currently, managing major and national accounts, and the Boise Regional Manager. Her focus is on ensuring outstanding customer experiences whether the customer is located in Boise, Idaho, Portsmouth, New Hampshire or International Falls, Minnesota. Prior to Fisher's, Teresa was employed by Micron Technology for 17 years. While at Micron, she held a variety of roles of responsibility that included manufacturing engineer, Customer Service Manager, National Distribution Manager, and account management that included Dell, IBM, and Intel. Teresa is on the Board of Directors for Garden City Chamber of Commerce as well as the elected Garden City Councilmember. Teresa is an Idaho native who enjoys the outdoor opportunities that this great state offers. Further, water activities are some of her favorite past times. If not in a swimming pool, her travels are focused on getting her where the water is warm and the beaches are extensive.

Ty Grigsby - President

Ty Grigsby is the President at Fisher's Technology, an office technology company hailing originally from Boise, Idaho with 4 locations in Idaho, 6 locations in Montana and a location in Spokane, Washington. Ty is your go-to friend and mentor at Fisher's that inspires to go above what you think you're capable of. He firmly believes exceptional customer experiences are built by cultivating a motivated and inspired team and it can't be done any other way. Ty has served as Fisher's Controller since 2016, so he has a deep rooted knowledge of Fisher's financial and operational functions. He's a Microsoft Excel master and can effectively communicate complex information, so leaders can make informed decisions faster. He leads by example and is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and dive into a project. Collaborating with Ty, team members will find themselves working hard and having a good time too. Ty is not your typical number cruncher, he brings the culture and is always good for a laugh. With his time at Fisher's, Ty has played a critical role in multiple acquisitions, increased profitability, and +114% revenue growth. Prior to joining Fisher's, Ty worked in various roles within the treasury, finance, and accounting departments at Micron Technology. Ty received an MBA from Northwest Nazarene University and graduated from The College of Idaho with a bachelor's degree in business, an emphasis in business management, accounting, and finance, and a minor in leadership. Ty and his wife, Haley, are busy with their 2 toddlers. In his limited spare time (#dadlife), Ty is a foodie (clearly) and enjoys the outdoors, playing golf, traveling, and a good bottle of chianti wine.

Zack White

Zack White is a proud Boise native, born and raised. After graduating high school, Zack received undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Idaho while playing basketball for them. He then moved to New York City to begin work in the public accounting industry. After a little over a year in New York, Zack decided to move back to Boise and spend another two years working in the public accounting industry. Zack then obtained his MBA from Boise State University; upon graduation, he decided to accept an Account Manager position with Fisher's Technology. Zack has been working for Fisher's 10 years now and has transitioned from an Account Manager, to a Market Lead, and now the Fisher's IT Director. In his spare time, Zack enjoys the outdoors. You can find him mountain biking, trail running, camping, and skiing depending on the season. Zack and his wife, Tiffany, welcomed their daughter Averi into their lives in 2019.
