What started as a small underground mortadella workshop, became today, 35 years later, a multi-line meat processing factory producing a wide range of products…... It all began in 1986, in a small underground workshop producing a single line of mortadella for Goodies, a local deli in Beirut. Evolving bit by bit, Al Taghziah became a multi-line meat processing factory producing a wide range of cold cuts, luncheon meat, corned beef, hot dogs, burgers, basterma, and pickles... A Lebanon-based food processing factory, specialized in quality Halal Beef, Chicken Turkey products.
