Since retiring from the NTSB in April 2004, I have worked as a defendant's expert on cases involving a Boeing 767-300, in Rome, Italy, for a major United States Airline, and a Bell 206 helicopter, that crashed in the Gulf of Mexico off the coast of Louisiana, for the engine manufacture. According to the attorney's that I worked with on these two cases, due to my input and investigation, both cases were settled at a much lower coast to the client then the claimants were seeking. I have also had cases involving a Cessna 206, in Mayville, New York, representing the engine manufacturer, and a PC-12/45, in West Plalia, MO. Both cases are still open. I have given three depositions for Plaintiff's Attorneys and deposition for a defense Attorney.
