Aaron Mongold

Aaron is responsible for day-to-day operations for AM Communications Mid-Atlantic region. He began his career in telecommunications in 2008 as an installation technician and joined the AM Communications team in 2014. He is focused on creating a team environment, upholding core values of integrity, honesty, and dependability while adapting to the needs of clients and their customers. He is a father of two and proud Veteran of the United States Army.

Alan Miller

Alan founded AM Communications in 2002, providing installation services for the Mid-Ohio Time Warner Cable division. In the early days, Alan performed all functions of the business - and with a culture focused on providing exceptional service, it didn't take long for the business to expand beyond Ohio into multiple states. As the company grew, Alan recruited and mentored an executive team with strong industry experience to ensure the company's continued success, expansion, and solid reputation.

Jim Jolly

Jim is responsible for day-to-day operations for AM Communications Construction and Splicing departments. Jim began his career in the telecommunications industry in 1994 as an underground construction technician. Since then, Jim has held various positions in his career. He made the decision to join the AM Communications team in 2009. Jim is focused on the success of our team and is always looking for opportunities to further advance and benefit the Company. In his free time he enjoys traveling to different countries and learning about other cultures.

Kevin Dawson

Kevin is responsible for oversight of all accounting and financial aspects of the business, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and more. Kevin started his career at DeVilbiss Automotive Refinishing, a unit of Illinois Tool Works, a Fortune 200 company. He was initially hired as a Jr. Accountant, and earned multiple promotions to Financial Analyst, Marketing Analyst and eventually Accounting Manager. Kevin earned undergraduate degrees in Finance and Accounting from The University of Toledo.

Nick Quintel

In addition to managing the company's Great Lakes and Mid-South Regions that includes Michigan, Ohio, Louisiana and Arkansas market operations, Nick is also responsible for Safety and Business Solutions at AM Communications. A proud veteran of the United States Navy, Nick made two deployments during his time of military service. He went on to join the AM Communications team in 2013 as an Operations Manager. Today, he brings the skills he developed in the Navy to his role as a Regional Operations Manager.
