Alberto has degrees in industrial engineering and a masters in business administration with a major in finance.
His work experience in Mexico prior to moving to USA includes industrial engineering at Chrysler Corporation and merger & acquisition work at Deloitte. At DHL in both Mexico and USA, Alberto was the Vice President for Latin America responsible for strategic planning, sales, marketing, and advertising.
Alberto decided to use his academic and vast work experience to assist others in achieving their goals and became a Business Intermediary. His extraordinary achievements are due to his great level of commitment and tireless effort.
During the last four years Alberto has developed a thorough understanding of the independent insurance agency industry and has been responsible for numerous BOB transactions and considered an expert in the field.
Bob Richardson draws upon over 30 years of experience in planning and implementing successful business development and business value improvement strategies for both regional and international firms. Many of these projects involved locating, negotiating and implementing mergers, acquisitions or joint ventures that introduced new technologies and products into the U.S. from overseas and Canada and vice-versa. Most recently he has been active facilitating the sale of several large businesses, including one that became part of a firm that went public on the New York Stock Exchange.

Chuck, the founder of Amerivest back in 1983, has been a business intermediary for over 35 years and gas brokered transactions of all types and sizes.
Chuck, a graduate engineer, was a US Air Force Officer serving in WW2 and an executive in the steel industry for many years.

David Kammet, President of Kammet Enterprises, Inc. is a licensed Business Broker in the state of Florida. He has over 30 years experience as a business owner in New York and Florida. His portfolio includes a consortium of parking garages, speaker systems manufacturing, shipping and logistics, commercial laundry plant and most recently merchant processing. He is recognized as Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist and Business Consultant and represents buyers and sellers throughout the state of Florida, the United States and across the globe. He excels as much in sales as in management and operations. David Kammet holds his license with the Amerivest Group, headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida.
In today's market, David sees his role as varied. He works closely with owners to develop growth opportunities through mergers and acquisitions, maximize value and minimize risk in selling businesses and attracting the right buyer for the transaction. His keen experience in negotiating complex business dealings facilitates successful transactions. David assists in all facets of the transaction, handles all matters confidentially and sees each deal through to completion.
Frank is responsible for the operation of the Amerivest Group as its President/Broker and also actively participates in the M&A division. He is a graduate of McGill University and received a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Colombia University. Fluent in English and French he now speaks some Spanish as well.
