Mr. Sycoff founded Andrew Garrett, Inc. in 1992 to provide wealth management and investment banking services to high-net-worth individuals and early to middle market stage companies. Under his leadership, the Firm grew from one office at its founding to a national full-service financial firm with over a dozen offices.
In 2001 he founded Brokerage America, an online trading company that he later sold to Ameritrade.
He has been actively investing in and advising companies for over 25 years and has extensive experience in institutional and retail sales and marketing, capital raising, advisory, and M&A.

Mr. Fraschilla joined Andrew Garrett, Inc. in 2011 and heads all of the Firm's syndicate activities. Before his joining Andrew Garrett, he was a member of the NYSE, Specialist V.P. with Goldman Sachs, V.P. at Spear Leads and Kellogg, and other senior positions with Equitrade Partners, Dresner Inc., and Valentine Securities. Mr. Fraschilla has a degree from the N.Y. Institute of Finance and holds Series 7 and 66 licenses.

Mr. Mitchell was named Chief Administrative Officer in May 2003, overseeing Andrew Garrett's day-to-day operations. Before joining Andrew Garrett, Inc., Mr. Mitchell held various Senior Management positions with Brokerage America (sold to Ameritrade), Bull & Bear Securities, a division of R.B.C. Securities, and Sentinel Securities. Mr. Mitchell holds Series 4, 7, 24,53, and 63 licenses.

Mrs. Cannizzaro-Fong joined Andrew Garrett, Inc. in January 2000, holding various management positions in our finance department before being named Financial and Operations Principal in June 2007. Now she is overseeing Andrew Garrett's accounts and finance department. Before joining Andrew Garrett, Inc., Mrs. Cannizzaro-Fong was the Lead Accountant at Productivity Point and held the position of Officer Manager at CAL NEVA Resort.

Mr. Henin joined Andrew Garrett, Inc. in 2006, holding various management positions in sales and banking. Today he oversees the Firm's Family Office Services and Financial Planning Group. Before joining Andrew Garrett, Inc., Mr. Henin was the General Manager and Partner at Globalstar Tesam, a global satellite service company. Mr. Henin builds comprehensive financial plans for business owners, corporate executives, and families to help them formulate, monitor, adjust and meet their personal financial goals, including family security, income, asset preservation, investments, college planning, retirement planning, and tax planning, and estate planning. Mr. Henin is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. He completed the Financial Planning program at N.Y.U., a Master in Business Administration from M.I.T., and a Master in Management from Universidad del CEMA. In addition, Mr. Henin graduated as an Electronic Engineer with honors at the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires, Argentina, following a postgraduate degree in Telecommunications at the same university. He holds Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 licenses plus life, accident, and health insurance license 10-55.
Mr. Maurer was named Chief Compliance Officer in April 2022, overseeing the Firm's activities. Mr. Maurer joined Andrew Garrett, Inc. in 2002 and has had numerous compliance roles, including branch and regional management, R.I.A. supervision, and communicating with S.E.C., FINRA and State regulators. Mr. Maurer holds Series 4, 7, 24, 63, and 65, as well as an insurance license for Life, Accident & Health.
As Vice President of Andrew Garrett's Fixed Income group, Mr. Watter works with high-net-worth clients in Municipal, Corporate, and Government bond issues. During his 31-year career, Mr. Watter has worked as a municipal bond coordinator for Merrill Lynch and U.B.S.
