Anthony joined the company in 1995 and currently serves as Vice President and Senior Project Manager. He is committed to bringing dynamic problem solving and decisive time management to every project Andujar Construction takes on. In the field or in the office, Anthony is integral to the company culture, working side-by-side with our whole team. He attended East Carolina University in Greenville, NC where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Construction Management. He is licensed as a North Carolina General Contractor and Microsoft Project with a certificate of 10 hour OSHA Compliance Training. Anthony enjoys giving back to the community as a member of Habitat for Humanity, Matthews United Methodist Church, and Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.
Brad joined Andujar in 2021. He brings with him over 30 years of experience. He started out after college building house and then working for a regional bank as a project manager in construction. He has worked for a Sales training company, a security camera manufature, were he handled bussiness development and design of new products. He has been part of a technology start up handling the Sales and Marketing along with tech support. He enjoys new challeges and learning new industries were he can apply all of his experiences. He and his wife have 2 rescue dogs.

Kenneth B. Andujar is the founder and CEO of Andujar Construction. His entrepreneurial spirit, passion for design & build, and business acumen lead him to the construction industry in 1989. Kenneth is licensed and bonded to build in eight states and has built a record number of commercial buildings from design to delivery. Kenneth and his company have a portfolio of award winning commercial buildings, up fits, and car washes. Kenneth prides himself on his deep relationships with his architects, clients and city planners that he and his company have engaged in multiple projects with. He is devoted to building a company culture with his superintendents, project managers, engineers and operational staff that rewards creative thinking, tenure, and involvement in the community. His awards include Charlotte 40 under 40 and the Mullet Award.
Beginning with Andujar Construction in 2007, Larry has brought over 32 years of experience in the construction industry. He attained a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts. His accreditations include LEED AP, Massachusetts Licensed Construction Supervisor (since 1993), and the OSHA 30 hour Safety Training. Originally from Nashua, NH, he moved to the south in 2002. Larry has eight beautiful children, three huskies, and is a North Carolina Foster Parent.

Ramon joined Andujar Construction in 2019 and brought with him over 28 years of experience in the construction industry. He attained a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Universidad Central del Este in San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic. His experience and training include estimating, project management, OSHA 10 hour safety training and design. Originally from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, he came to the US and lived 10 years in the Maryland-DC metro area until discovering Charlotte, he moved here with his wife and children in 2005. Ramon loves working with his hands in his spare time. He and his wife Elsa are always working on some type of project on their house. He frequently participates in community service projects.

In 2001, Rick joined Andujar Construction as a Project Superintendent with over 30 years of industry experience. He is originally from West Virginia and has thirteen years of experience as a superintendent in the construction industry. Rick has completed our projects in the Village of Southend Building C, the 1927 S. Tryon office building, and Jetton Park project in Cornelius. He attended Bluefield State College in West Virginia and holds an OSHA 10 Hour certification.

Shon, joined Andujar in 2017 and brought with him over 13 years of accounting experience. Prior to starting his role at Andujar he began his accounting career in 2004 by starting out in the food processing industry for Pilgrims Corporation. He worked there for 11 years and in 2015, he made a move to become the controller of a residential construction company. In 2017 he left the residential side of the industry to join Andujar. For the last 2 years his role has been Andujar Construction's controller.
In 2017, Andujar Construction became a licensed general contractor of Tennessee.
Andujar Construction is licensed to build in the state of Virginia and began our first project in Yorktown for Mega Auto Spa.
