Christopher Heery focuses on helping clients navigate challenging questions of commercial, constitutional, and regulatory law. Jason A. She was also the recipient of the CALI award for outstanding legal writing, and earned a 4.0 GPA in trial advocacy and appellate advocacy courses. Ms. DeLeon additionally served as an editor of the Seventh Circuit Review, a law journal dedicated to examining relevant issues addressed by the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. DeLeon's practice focuses primarily on medical malpractice, railroad litigation, toxic tort litigation, and general liability defense. She has extensive experience handling cases involving serious personal injuries, such as paralysis, brain damage, complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), systemic infections, psychiatric injuries, permanent neurological disorders, cerebrovascular accidents, bowel perforations, and several different types of cancers. Lisa M. Green is a recent addition to the ARP team. She brings more than 30 years of trial practice and over 25 years of medical malpractice defense litigation experience. Lisa began her career in the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office and the Oakland County (Michigan) Prosecutor's Office where she gained invaluable bench and jury trial experience prosecuting criminal cases. In the mid-1990's, she entered private practice in Detroit, devoting her professional time almost exclusively to the defense of medical professionals accused of negligence. Since coming to Chicago in 1998, she has defended and closed complex claims of medical negligence against physicians, physician practices and hospitals. She has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict in the Circuit Courts of Cook, Lake and DuPage Counties. "Every claim presents its own unique opportunities for defense," says Lisa. "It may be factual, legal or medical. It is the job of the defense lawyer to exploit the facts, law or medicine to her client's best advantage." Ms. Green received her law degree from Temple University School of Law in 1987. She holds an undergraduate degree in history from Drew University. R. Dennis Rasor

Dennis Rasor, passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully, on June 29, 2022 at home in Chicago's Andersonville neighborhood. Born in Bloomington, Indiana, Dennis graduated Salutatorian from Warsaw Community High School and obtained a degree in economics from DePauw University, where he was a Rector Scholar, inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, and a proud member of Sigma Chi. After earning his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law, Dennis embarked upon a long and successful career as a medical malpractice defense attorney. He started at Lord, Bissell & Brook, where he was made a partner and practiced for many years before launching the firm, Anderson, Rasor & Partners, with his colleagues, from which he retired one year ago. Dennis was a renowned trial attorney, known for his honor, high ethics, and brilliant legal mind. Over the course of his forty-eight year career, Dennis tried more than one hundred cases to verdict, earning his place as one of the leading courtroom advocates in Chicago - and the thanks and respect of his many clients.

Ms. Laing serves on the national executive committee for the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel, and has additionally given presentations to the national organization on deposing and cross-examining expert witnesses as well as successfully excluding them under both Daubert and Frye. Since 2009, she has been recognized as an Illinois Super Lawyer (top 5%) in the area of transportation, and has been recognized by her peers as a Leading Lawyer in that field since 2014.

Walker J. Dillon

Walker Dillon is a law student with a professional background in the insurance industry. Because of his experience in the insurance world, many legal concepts are familiar to him: liability, indemnity, contract interpretation, and complex chains of causation. Walker studied in his hometown of Minneapolis at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, where he obtained an undergraduate degree in Political Science. After graduation, Walker earned his State Producer's licenses in Property/Casualty and Life insurance and has since worked in Property Claim Preparation, Risk Management, Claims Analysis, and Reinsurance. On a personal level, Walker is an avid cook, musician, reader, and moviegoer. He cooked alongside Michelin Star-winning chefs in fine dining restaurants throughout college. He will graduate from the DePaul University College of Law in 2023 with a focus in Insurance Law.

William C. Anderson, III

William C. Anderson, III, was admitted to the Bars of Delaware and the U.S. District Court, District of Delaware, in 1975, as well as the Bars of Illinois and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois in 1979 and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1989. His areas of practice include Hospital Defense and Medical Malpractice as well as other tort defense and commercial litigation. Mr. Anderson has also served as supervisory Counsel for various excess insurance programs; he has also successfully defended sexual harassment claims. Most recently, Mr. Anderson was honored to be included in the Chicago Lawyer's list of "Top 20 Tort Defense Attorneys" and has consistently been recognized by the "Leading Lawyers Network." Mr. Anderson received his A.B. from Georgetown University in 1969 and his J.D., cum laude, from Villanova University in 1975. Mr. Anderson is a Member and former Board Member of the Society of Trial Lawyers and was elected a Fellow in The American College of Trial Lawyers in 1996. Distinctions include: Commissioned Service in the U.S. Army from 1969 to 1972; Order of the Coif. Staff Member, 1973-1974 and Case & Comment Editor, 1974-1975, Villanova Law Review; Member, Editorial Board, Defense Counsel Journal, 1987, 1988-1991; and Fellow, The American College of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Anderson is also the author of a number of professional publications appearing in the John Marshall Law Review, The Loyola University of Chicago Law Journal and the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law among others. He has also contributed chapters to publications of the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Mr. Anderson has served as President of the Board of Directors for Epilepsy Services of Northeastern Illinois and on the Board of Advisors of the Cabrini-Green Legal Aid Clinic. In 2010, Mr. Anderson was made a Knight of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem.
