Mr Liu has held the position of Global Investment Director with Baosteel Resources Co. Ltd., a mineral resources investment, trade and logistic services company, since December 2020.
Previously, Mr Liu held several positions within Baosteel Resources International Co. Ltd and Baosteel Resources Co. Ltd, including Senior Manager of Global Resources Development (November 2010 to November 2020), Senior Manager of Resources Planning and Development Department (August 2008 to October 2010) and Senior Manager of Alloys Trading and Developing (August 2006 to July 2008). Mr Liu joined Baosteel group of companies in 2001.
Mr Liu currently serves on the Board of Directors of Norton Resources Ltd (TSX-V:NOT) and Three Valley Cooper Corp. (TSX-V: TVC).
Mr Liu graduated from Tongji University in Shanghai, China with a Masters Degree of Business Management.

Mr Cao has served as the director of the Policy and Regulation Research Office of TISCO Group (Taiyuan Iron & Steel (Group) Co., Ltd.), Deputy Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission of TISCO Group, Deputy Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission of Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co., Ltd., and Director of Policy and Regulation Research Office of TISCO Group. Mr Ellison has more than 40 years' experience across Australia's mining and resources sectors.
He is the Founder and Managing Director of Mineral Resources Ltd, a $9 billion pit-to-port mining services provider that listed on the Australian Securities Exchange in 2006.
Under Mr Ellison's vision and leadership, Minerals Resources has become Australia's fifth-largest iron ore exporter, a global top five lithium mining company, the world's largest hard-rock crushing contractor and a partner of choice for the world's leading mining companies.
Mr Ellison is one of Australia's most highly respected business leaders. Since 2013, Mr Ellison has also served as Honorary Consul for New Zealand in Western Australia, fostering a strong bilateral relationship between Australia and New Zealand.
Mr Zhou is currently Chief Operating Officer for Aquila Resources and Vice President of Baosteel Resources Australia.
Mr Zhou joined Baowu in 2008. He has worked in Baosteel Resources as the marketing manager on Ferro Alloys and Base Metals before joining Baosteel Resources Australia in 2015. During his stay in Australia, he has taken various roles including project manager and resources analyst, deeply involved in the API project. Since 2018, Mr Zhou has taken the role of Assistant General Manager in Rangers Management Company (Rio Tinto affiliated company) managing the Bao-HI Joint Venture (Eastern Range) on behalf of Baosteel. In 2022, Mr Zhou assumed the role of Vice President of Baosteel Resources Australia, focusing on the iron ore projects development. He took a leading role and contributed significantly to the success of the JV formation of Ashburton project and Western Range project. Mr Zhou graduated from Shanghai Maritime University, China with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in 2005 and a Master's Degree in Transport Management in 2008.
Mr Zhang has been Senior Vice President of Baosteel Resources (International) Co., Ltd and Baosteel Resources Co., Ltd since January 2020.
Mr Zhang was formerly the Director and President of Masteel Resources Group from December 2018 to February 2021 and Director and President of Masteel Mining Company from September 2018 to December 2018.

May joined Aquila in 2010 as Corporate Counsel and as part of her legal responsibilities, assisted with various company secretarial matters, before being appointed as the Company Secretary.
May is a legal practitioner admitted to practise in Western Australia and holds Bachelors of Laws and Commerce from the University of Western Australia.
After graduation, May completed her legal articles training and spent the initial years of her career practising construction law at a national law firm. May later moved to a boutique resources law firm where she worked with resources companies on a range of corporate transactions including IPOs, secondary raisings, merger and acquisitons and advised on Corporations Act and Listing Rules compliance issues.

Stephen has over 25 years experience in mining operations and project development in the coal industry.
Prior to joining the Company, Stephen held the position of Executive General Manager - Project Development for Vale Coal where he was responsible for the coal project pipeline in Australia. He had previously held the role of Business Development Manager with AMCI and continued with Vale following their acquisition of AMCI in April 2007.
Prior to this, Stephen had held operational roles managing a number of underground coal mines including West Cliff Colliery, Kestrel Mine and Oaky North Mine.
Mr Xu has been working in Baowu Steel Group for over 15 years and has over 7 years working experience in overseas markets.
Mr Xu joined Baowu Steel Group in its subsidiary, Baosteel International Economy & Trade Co., Ltd in 2003, and transferred to Baosteel Resources in 2006. Mr Xu has held a variety of management positions within Baosteel Resources including General Manager of Strategy and Planning, Business Head of American Region, Head of Scrap Steel Trading and Head of Operations Management.
Mr Xu graduated from Northern Jiaotong University with a Bachelor Degree in Transportation and Economics, and completed the executive training programs at Harvard Business School and the University of Manchester. Mr Xu holds the qualification of CPA.

Yong Zhang - CEO, Managing Director
Mr Zhang has been the Managing Director of Baosteel Resources Australia Pty Ltd since 2019.
Mr Zhang joined Baowu in 1995. He was a member of the Iron Ore Mine JV Project team of Baosteel Group between 2001 to 2002 and Administrative Superintendent of Mineral Management Department in Baosteel Resources (International) Co., Ltd between 2002 and 2003.
Mr Zhang was also formerly the Assistant General Manager in Australia of Rangers Management Company (Rio Tinto affiliated company) managing the Bao-JI Joint Venture on behalf of Baosteel, Business Development Manager of Baosteel Resources Australia Pty Ltd between 2003 and 2009 and General Manager Public Relations at Baosteel Resources (International) Co., Ltd between 2015 and 2019.
Mr Zhang graduated from Material and Metallurgic Engineering Development at Chongqing University and qualified with a Bachelor's Degree in 1992 and a Master's Degree in 1995.
