Jesse started as an apprentice with Argyle Engineering in 2003. After completing his apprenticeship, he stayed on staff until moving to Darwin to broaden his experience. Jesse returned to Argyle Engineering in 2011 and progressed through to workshop supervisor and now his current role of Operations Manager.
