Danny has more than 25 years of engineering and project management experience in roadway, drainage, and water & wastewater in the Dallas/Fort Worth area including the City of Carrollton, City of Richardson, City of Dallas, Farmers Branch, City of Plano, City of Irving, City of The Colony, and Dallas County.
His project experience includes roadway reconstruction, pedestrian improvements, complete street, alley, storm drainage, water/wastewater, signing and pavement markings, traffic control, and hike/bike trail projects.
Prior to joining ARS, he also served as the Senior Engineer for the City of Plano where he acquired a thorough understanding of city requirements, procedures, and processes. In this role, he was responsible for reviewing engineering plans for private development and redevelopment projects.

Marc has been engulfed in the industry since he was a kid. He started at ARS as a high school summer intern and had many additional internships over the years that gave him a solid foundation in professional services and how to make a client happy. After graduating from Texas A&M University with his B.S. in Civil Engineering and Minor in Business, he came back to ARS and has served here for over 13 years.
He has extensive project management and design experience in multiple fields of Civil Engineering, Land Surveying and Utilities.
Marc is a hands-on leader who actively engages in ARS' goals and vision. His teams look to him for technical excellence and leadership. He knows how to manage multiple groups across a variety of disciplines with an emphasis on high quality work, staff management, and client satisfaction.
Actively focused on the engineering community, he was awarded the Texas Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE) Dallas Chapter Young Engineer of the Year Award in 2014 and American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Dallas Branch Young Engineer of the Year Award in 2015. He has served on the TSPE Dallas Chapter Board for over 7 years and is the incoming 2022-2023 Chapter President.
