Aminul Islam Shakil is an Advocate of Bangladesh Supreme Court. He holds an LLB (Hons) and an LLM degree with a specialization in Commercial Laws from the prestigious University of Dhaka. Previously, he served as a Lecturer in Law at Ranada Prasad Shaha University.
Before joining A.S & Associates he worked as an Associate Lawyer for few years at Farooq & Associates. He currently works as an Senior Associate of the firm. Khandaker Abrar Fahim, is an Associate at A.S & Associates and is an Advocate of the District and Session Judge Court of Bangladesh. He accomplished his Diploma-in-Law and Hon's from University of London and he completed his Masters of Law from Eastern University. He is a member of the Dhaka Bar Association, Dhaka.

Mohammad Hasan Habib, Barrister of Lincoln's Inn, practicing in Bangladesh as an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, and currently working as the Principal Associate of A.S & Associates. Prior to joining A.S & Associates, Mr. Habib has worked for Tanjib Alam & Associates for a number of years and was involved in advising various leading corporate entities like Grameenphone, Airtel Bangladesh, Citibank N.A., AK Khan & Company, Bangladesh Cricket Board, AkzoNobel, Sanofi Aventis, Abul Khair Tobacco Co. Ltd. etc. relating to commercial contracts including lease and conveyancing, commercial litigation, loan documentation and corresponding security documents, government and Procurement Contracts including FIDIC contracts and regulatory matters including issues related to non-profit and charitable organizations. Mr. Habib has worked for national and international non-profit/charitable organizations and has acted as the primary in-house counsel of a non-profit organization and was principally involved in advising the management on critical employment/HR, financial and procurement issues having legal and audit implications. He was also responsible for leading the legal affairs department in processing grants, sub-grants, collaboration agreements, MoUs, and other institutional documents. Ms. Afrin Sadia Nusrat has been working as a Research Associate at A.S. & Associates since 2020. Raihan Ferdous joined A.S. & Associates as an intern and just after his graduation was promoted to the role of Senior Research Associate. Having completed his secondary and higher secondary education from St. Joseph Higher Secondary School, he finished his LLB and LLM from the Department of Law, University of Dhaka, the most prestigious institution in Bangladesh.
During his student life, Raihan was thoroughly engaged with different extra-curricular activities. He is well-known as a champion mooter who participated in different reputed national and international moot court competitions including- Professor Shah Alam Constitutional Law Moot, ICRC- Henry Dunant International Humanitarian Law Moot, NLS Tri-Legal International Arbitration Moot. Raihan along with two other students participated in the prestigious VIS Arbitration Moot, 2020 for the first time from Bangladesh. He also served as the General Secretary of Dhaka University Moot Court Society in the 2022-2023 session.
His academic interests include Commercial Law, Civil and Company matters and International Commercial Arbitration. After joining the practice arena he has been involved mostly in corporate matters along with several civil, criminal and corporate litigation.
