An Associate in the Melbourne studio, Bradley has driven the success of educational, large mixed-use developments, parks and public realm, healthcare, master planning and feasibility projects at ASPECT Studios for over five years.
As a practitioner he is interested in the transformative and performative qualities of public space. He believes that by paying attention to the fluctuating use of places, design can harness these ephemeral qualities and expand their benefits to the larger community.
Bradley involves himself in all stages of projects program, with a particular focus on the design development process through to construction phases in the delivery of projects. He has extensive experience in the preparation of conceptual and schematic designs and reports, feasibility studies, master planning, design development, construction documentation and on-site project construction servicing.
A particular area of interest for Bradley is sporting event spaces. Here, he focuses not only on the spectacle of individual events, but also how such spaces are used and experienced at all times, and their capacity to improve the greater public context.

Jordan is an Associate Landscape Architect in the Ho Chi Minh studio. He specializes in creating experiential, artistic spaces that inspire. His distinctive design experience represents a modern take on a full range of project typologies, including parks, greenways, the public realm, residential developments, urban infrastructure and hospitality.
Jordan has extensive experience across Asia including in Vietnam, Singapore, India, Maldives, Indonesia, Malaysia and China, but has also been involved on projects in France, USA and Montenegro. He is an established, hands-on designer and strives to promote the importance and understanding of the indelible connection between people and the environment.
As an academic honors graduate from one of the oldest and most respected landscape architecture programs in the United States, Jordan relies on his experience and educational foundation of design, fine arts, horticulture, ecology and landscape management as his knowledge base. His early training as a fine artist has placed great importance on drawing by hand and has always been a critical component of his ideation and design process. In recent years he has been exploring and developing the evolution and interpretation of artistic processes within the digital realm and how landscape designers are becoming increasingly relevant in a world longing for innovation in the face of transformation.
Jordan's personal design credo places a strong emphasis on the concepts and ideas that become the essence of a project. He finds design inspiration in the intricacies of local culture and its history revealed through art, architecture, literature, cinema or music; these sources are the threads of his work which he uses to stitch together the fabric of the built environment.

As a designer and strategist, she has led major projects to completion, and she possesses a keen sense for how to thoughtfully and effectively lead her team.
She previously worked at ASPECT Studios in Sydney for several years. Prior to joining the London studio, she held a role at Gillespies, where she was involved in the design of several large-scale public realm projects, including the St. Helier Waterfront Framework and a landscape-led masterplan for Bankside Yards, a mixed-use masterplan adjacent to Tate Modern in London. In keeping with her interest in research and development, Michèle introduced several successful initiatives to Gillespies, including a talk series where she invited an international field of experts to join a conversation about the challenges and opportunities facing the industry.
In Australia, Michèle worked across a wide range of projects, from feasibility studies to concept design and delivery. Her key projects during this time include the Australian Technology Park, the renewal of a former locomotive workshop in Sydney, which Michèle guided from planning to delivery.
