Our primary activity is Group Training, which involves recruiting and employing apprentices and trainees and placing them with host employers. By supplying apprentices under contracts of training we able to bring skills and training to many businesses, including those that may not have otherwise had an established culture of training. Under the group training structure, we have the capacity to rotate apprentices through several host employers making our service particularly attractive to small and medium sized businesses. Some small to medium sized business operators may be unable to commit to the full period or the full range of training required and under the group training arrangement..
